تار عنکبوت، خانه سست

قرآن در سوره عنکبوت می‌فرماید:«مثل الذین اتّخذوا من دون الله أولیاء کمثل العنکبوت اتّخذت بیتاً و إن اوهن البیوت لبیت العنکبوت لو کانوا یعلمون؛مثل کسانی که غیر از خدا را اولیای خود برگزیدند،مثل عنکبوت است که خانه‌ای برای خود انتخاب کرده؛در حالی که سست‌ترین خانه‌ها خانه عنکبوت است اگر می‌دانستند».(سوره عنکبوت،آیه 41)
قرآن کریم علاوه بر آن که سست،ظریف و ضعیف بودن تار عنکبوت را توصیف می‌کند،به سستی رابطه،در خانه عنکبوت نیز،اشاره می‌کند، جایی که عنکبوت ماده،جفت نر خود ـ یعنی عنکبوت نر را یکی پس از دیگری می‌کشد.
Spiderص Web/ Home is Fragile
The Quran mentions in Soorah Al - Ankabut, زThe parable of those who Take protectors other than Allah Is that of the spider, Who builds (to itself) A house; but truly The flimsiest of houses Is the spiderصs house - If they but knew.س
The Quran (29: 41)
Besides giving the physical description of the spiderصs web as being very flimsy, delicate and weak, the Quran also stresses on the flimsiness of the relationship in the spiderصs house, where the female spider many a times kills its male, the male spider.
