هوالغفار

خداوند متعال بسیار آمرزنده است و مهربان و بندگان گناهکارش را می‌بخشاید. اگر بنده‌ای گناه کند، آنگاه به درگاه خدا توبه نماید و خود را اصلاح گرداند، مغفرت و آمرزش خداوند را بدست می‌آورد.
ایات قرآنی و احادیث نبوی که از مغفرت و آمرزش خداوند، سخن می‌گویند، بسیارند.هنگامی که انسان روایات و ایات الهی را می‌خواند، روانش آرام می‌گیرد،و اعضا و جوارح انسان در برابر خداوند خاشع می‌شوند،زیرا این ایات و روایات عقل و وجدان او را مورد خطاب قرار داده و تمام احساسات او را تحریک می‌کند و انسان را نسبت به جامعه و خانواده مسؤولیت‌پذیر می‌کند.خداوند بندگانش را دوست ‌دارد و زمینه هدایت، استواری و توبه را برای آنان فراهم می‌کند؛ولی انسان تکبر می‌ورزد و با گستاخی تمام در حضور او معصیت و گناه می‌کند.
از رسول خدا (ص) دعاهای بسیاری روایت شده است از جمله:«خداوندا! تو پروردگار منی، هیچ خدایی جز تو وجود ندارد، مرا آفریدی و من بنده توام و تا جایی که می‌توانم بر عهدی که با تو بستم،می‌مانم، به تو پناه می‌برم و به نعمت‌هایی که به من بخشیدی اعتراف می‌کنم و به گناهانم نیز اقرار؛ زیرا غیر از تو هیچ کس دیگر، آمرزنده گناهان نیست».
لازم نیست که با دعاهای معین و مشخصی با خداوند ارتباط برقرار کنیم، بلکه می‌توانیم با آنچه که در درونمان حس می‌کنیم، او را بخوانیم.با هر زبان و به هر شکل ممکن، می‌توان با او ارتباط برقرار کرد و این مهم پس از فراهم شدن شرط‌های دعا که همان خشوع در برابر خدا و صداقت در گفتار و یقین به قدرت او در اجابت است، بدست خواهد آمد.
مستحب است که مسلمان مجموعه‌ای از دعاهایی را که رسول خدا (ص) به زبان آورده‌ است را حفظ کند، زیرا او اُسوه صداقت و بلاغت است و خداوند بیان شیوا به او عطا کرده.
کسی که در سیره و روش رسول خدا(ص) تأمّل کند، می‌بیند که او همواره از خداوند طلب مغفرت می‌کرده است و ذکر توبه، روز و شب بر زبان ایشان جاری می شد؛ در حالی که او معصوم بود و خداوند به آن حضرت فرمود:«إنا فََتحنا لک فتحاً مُبینا.لیغفر لَکَ اللهُ ما تَقدَّمَ مِن ذَنبِکَ و ما تأَخَّرَ و یتِمّ نعمتَهُ عَلَیکَ و یهدیکَ صراطاً مُستقیماً».(سوره فتح، ایه‌های 1 و 2)
هنگامی که عایشه ـ همسر پیامبر ـ پیامبر را در حال نماز و پاهای ورم کرده می‌دید؛ از او می‌خواست تا استراحت کند. پیامبر(ص) پاسخ می‌داد: ایا نباید بنده‌ای شکرگزار باشم؟
سلام خداوند بر سرور و مولایمان رسول خدا(ص) باد، خداوندا! بر مرتبه و مقام پیامبر ما حضرت محمد(ص) بیفزای همانگونه که به او وعده دادی و تویی که از وعده هایت عدول نمی‌کنی. خداوندا! تو که از نهان و آشکار ما بهتر آگاهتری از ما در گذر.
He the Forgiver

God the Almighty is the Most Forgiving and the Most Kind. He is who forgives the sins of His servants and whosoever commits sin and then rePents and Purifies himself, he will be forgiven by God.
Furthermore, Quranic verses and ProPhetic hadiths with resPect to Divine Forgivness are many. Having recited Quranic verses and ProPhetic hadiths, oneصs mentality becomes calm, while oneصs organs will be fearful before God; for theses verses and hadiths are addressing manصs wisdom and conscience and stimulate his feelings and make him resPonsible for the society and the family. God, on the others, likes His servants and Paves the way of guidance, steadfast and rePentance for them, but man snobes and at the court of his Lord, he imPudently commits sin.
Also there are so many suPPlications rePorted from the Holy ProPhet (S.A.W.) such as:
زO God! You are my Lord, there is no god, but You. You created me and I am Your servant and as far as I can, I remain faithful toward my Promise with You and I seek refuge in You and I acknowledge to whatever You have granted me and I also acknowledge to my sins; for there is no one but You to forgive the sins.س
In fact, there is no need to contact with God by ProPer or certain Prayers, rather, we can call Him by our sentiments. In a sense, we should contact with God in any form or by any tongue and this imPortant Point will be gained after Providing the conditions of the Prayer which is the same courtesy against God, honesty in sPeeches, and believing in His Power to be answered.
Besides, it is commended for Muslim to memorize a collections of the Prayers uttered by the Holy ProPhet (S.A.W.), for he is an examPle of honesty and eloquence and God also had granted a fluent exPression to him.
If a Person thinks deePly of the Holy ProPhetصs traditions, he will come to know that the Holy ProPhet (S.A.W.) used to ask Godصs forgiveness and he uttered زGod forgives meس day and night, while he was innocent and God said to him:
زSurely, We have given to you a clear victory, that Allah may forgive your community their Past faults and those to follow and comPlete His favor to you and keeP you on a right way, ...سQuran (48:1,2)
Having seen his feet swelled during saying Prayer, Ayesha, the ProPhetصs wife, requested him to take a rest, but he said to her: زShouldnصt I be a thankful servant?س
May God Peace be uPon our Master, the Holy ProPhet (S.A.W.)
O God! give higher ranks to our ProPhet, Hadhrat Muhammad (S.A.W.) as You did Promise and you are the one who does not breach Your Promise.
O God! forgive us, for You are well aware of our inward and outward.
