. The aim of the current research is to measure and analyze health indicators in three sectors (sanitary, medical and veterinary) which play an important role in the health and development of villages in Mahabad city. The intended research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The analysis of the research findings was done through TOPSIS and GIS software and the data of 2015 was used. It is necessary to explain that the Shannon entropy method was used to weight the studied indicators in the TOPSIS model. Also, in this study, local Moran's statistic and spatial regression were used to examine the spatial distribution of the studied indicators. It should be mentioned that in this study, five villages and 137 villages in Mahabad city have been investigated. The results of the TOPSIS model in the field of prioritizing the districts of Mahabad city based on health indicators showed that the districts of Eastern Mangur, Kani Bazar, Western Akhtachi, Western Makarian and Eastern Makarian are in a more suitable position. In other words, Mangur East and Kani Bazar dehistans have a suitable position. Also, the results of the spatial analysis of the condition of rural settlements in Mahabad city showed that the settlements in terms of health index are in a non-clustered state with a low status in North Makrian and West Akhtachi villages. These villages are located in the northeast and east of the city. It should be noted that out of 137 villages in Mahabad city, only 22 villages have a significant status (with positive or negative I) in terms of distribution with health index, and the rest of 115 villages do not have this significance (with positive or negative I).
