چکیده
زمینه و هدف : خشونت خانگی، به عنوان یک معضل جهانی، نقض آشکار حقوق اساسی بشر تلقی می شود و پیامدهای ناگوار متعددی را بر زندگی زنان تحمیل می کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقض حقوق بشر در خشونت خانگی علیه زنان انجام شده است، زیرا این پدیده آثار مخرب گسترده ای را در ابعاد مختلف زندگی آنان به دنبال دارد. مواد و روش ها : این پژوهش، با رویکردی توصیفی – تحلیلی و از منابع کتابخانه ای تدوین شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی : در نگارش مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته ها : باتوجه به پیامدهای زیان بار و مخرب ناشی از نقض حقوق بشر در این مسئله، اتخاذ تدابیر قاطع و مؤثر به منظور پیشگیری و کاهش این اثرات ناگوار، امری ضروری و اجتناب ناپذیر است. نقض حق حیات و کرامت انسانی، تبعیض جنسیتی و نقض حق بر سلامت، از جمله مهم ترین و بارزترین پیامدهای خشونت خانگی به شمار می روند. نتیجه : تدوین و تصویب قوانین حمایتی و پیشگیرانه در زمینه مقابله با خشونت علیه زنان، اقدامی اساسی و ضروری در راستای کاهش و تعدیل آثار و گستره این پدیده مخرب اجتماعی تلقی می شود. این قوانین، با ایجاد سازوکارهای قانونی کارآمد، قادرند ضمن ارائه حمایت های لازم به زنان در معرض خطر و قربانیان خشونت، نقش بازدارنده ای در برابر رفتارهای خشونت آمیز ایفا نمایند. آموزش و آگاه سازی جامعه در خصوص حقوق زنان و پیامدهای زیان بار خشونت خانگی، می تواند تأثیر بسزایی در تغییر نگرش ها و اصلاح رفتارهای نامناسب داشته باشد. در نهایت، توانمندسازی زنان از طریق فراهم نمودن دسترسی به آموزش، فرصت های شغلی و حمایت های اجتماعی، می تواند به آنان کمک نماید.Human Rights Violations in Domestic Violence Against Women
Background and Aim : Domestic violence, as a global issue, is considered a blatant violation of fundamental human rights and imposes numerous adverse consequences on women's lives. This research aims to examine the violation of human rights in domestic violence against women, as this phenomenon has extensive destructive effects on various aspects of their lives.
Materials and Methods : This research is descriptive-analytical and compiled from library sources.
Ethical Considerations : The originality of the texts, honesty, and trustworthiness have been observed in writing the article.
Findings : Considering the harmful and destructive consequences of human rights violations in this matter, it is essential and unavoidable to take decisive and effective measures to prevent and reduce these adverse effects. Violations of the right to life and human dignity, gender discrimination, and violations of the right to health are among the most important and prominent consequences of domestic violence.
Conclusion : The formulation and approval of supportive and preventive laws regarding combating violence against women is considered a fundamental and necessary action to reduce and mitigate the effects and prevalence of this destructive social phenomenon. These laws, by creating effective legal mechanisms, can not only provide necessary support to women at risk and victims of violence but also play a deterrent role against violent behaviors. Educating and raising awareness in society about women's rights and the harmful consequences of domestic violence can significantly influence changing attitudes and correcting inappropriate behaviors. Ultimately, empowering women by providing access to education, job opportunities, and social support can assist them.
