چکیده
امروزه فناوری و دسترسی به آن یکی از بزرگترین و پراهمیت ترین عوامل توسعه اقتصادی محسوب می شود و روز به روز نیز استفاده از آن پیشرفته تر می شود. بخش اعظم رشد اقتصادی یک کشور در گرو رشد و توسعه اقتصادی تکنولوژیک آن است و انتقال تکنولوژی به معنی زنجیره ای منظم از فعالیت های هدفمند جهت به کار گیری مجموعه عناصر تکنولوژی در مکانی به جز مکان اولیه است و ایجاد آن گام مهمی در مسیر صنعتی شدن کشورها به شمار می رود. بر خلاف گذشته آثار فکری ارزش مادی نیز پیدا کرده اند و به عنوان اصلی ترین راه تامین نیازهای مادی پدید آورندگان شناخته می شود. قواعد حمایتی مالکیت فکری فرایند انتقال فناوری در عرصه تجارت بین الملل را تسهیل می کند. در این مقاله به تبیین حنبه های حقوق مالکیت فکری در رابطه با انتقال فناوری پرداخته می شود.Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Rights Issues in Developed Countries
In today’s world, technology and access to it are among the most critical drivers of economic development and its use is becoming more advanced every day. A country’s economic growth is largely dependent on its technological progress, and technology transfer serves as a structured process aimed at deploying technological components in a location different from their origin. This process is a key step in the industrialization of countries. Unlike in the past, intellectual creations now hold significant economic value and serve as a primary means of financial support for their creators. Intellectual property protection mechanisms play a crucial role in facilitating the transfer of technology in international trade. This article examines the legal aspects of intellectual property rights in relation to technology transfer, with a focus on developed countries.
