چکیده
به باور زبان شناسان اجتماعی، زبان و فرهنگ مفاهیمی جدایی ناپذیر هستند و نمی توان نشانه های دستگاه زبان را از دلالت های فرهنگی شان تهی کرد. ازاین رو، امروزه اهمیت آموزش فرهنگ در فرآیند آموزش زبان مورد تأکید فراوان است. بنابراین، در پژوهشی کیفی و کمی به بررسی و تحلیل عناصر فرهنگی درکتاب های درس و کتاب الفبای مجموعه «پرفا» (از جمله کتاب های آموزش زبان فارسی) براساس عناصر فرهنگی آداسکو، بریتن و فهسی (1990) پرداخته شد. بدین منظور، پیکره ای از کتاب الفبا و سه کتاب درس در سه سطح پایه، میانی و پیشرفته تهیه و عناصر فرهنگی آنها براساس چارچوب انتخاب شده در جدول هایی ارائه گردید. در رهگذر بررسی مجموعه کتاب های «پرفا» به وضوح دیده شد، بسامد عنصر فرهنگی کاربردشناختی به طرز قابل توجهی بیشتر بوده و عناصر جامعه شناختی، معنی شناختی و زیبایی شناختی به ترتیب در مرتبه های بعدی قرار گرفته اند. درنهایت، این نتیجه حاصل شد که عناصر فرهنگی موجود در مجموعه «پرفا»، آمیختگی لازم با وجوه مختلف فرهنگ ایرانی را برای تقویت مهارت ارتباطی زبان آموزان دارند.Scrutiny of Cultural Elements of educational in book series of teaching Persian to non-native speakers: Parfa
According to social linguists, language and culture are inseparable concepts and the signs of the language system cannot be removed from their cultural meanings. Therefore, today the importance of cultural education in language teaching is emphasized a lot. For this purpose, in qualitative and quantitative research, the cultural elements in "Perfa" textbooks and alphabet books were investigated and analyzed based on the cultural aspects of Adasco, Britton, and Fahsi (1990). Therefore, a body of the alphabet book and three textbooks in three basic, intermediate, and advanced levels were prepared. Their cultural elements were presented in Tables based on the framework of Adasco, Britton, and Fahsi (1990). It was observed during the examination of the "Perfa" book collection, that the frequency of the cultural elements was significantly more presented and the sociological, semantic, and aesthetic elements were placed in the next ranked respectively. Therefore, it was concluded that the cultural elements include the inclusion of different aspects of Iranian culture necessary to strengthen the communicative skills of language learners.
