تقابل جهان شمولی و نسبیت گرایی حقوق بشر در چهارچوب نقش یونسکو و آموزه های اسلامی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف : حقوق بشر جهان شمول و حقوق بشر منطقه ای و یا نسبی دو رویکرد به فرآیند هنجارسازی حقوق بشر محسوب می شوند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش یونسکو به این دو رویکرد با در نظر گرفتن آموزه های اسلامی می باشد. مواد و روش ها : این تحقیق از نوع نظری بوده روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات بصورت کتابخانه ای است و با مراجعه به اسناد، کتب و مقالات صورت گرفته است. ملاحظات اخلاقی : در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت داری رعایت شده است. یافته ها : نسبیت گرایی در فضای حقوق بشر در حال حاضر دارای طرفداران بیشتری در میان نظریه پردازان می باشد. همچنین رویه بین المللی و روند تصویب اسناد بین المللی نشان از گزایش یونسکو به سمت نسبیت گرایی دارد. از طرفی نیز تنوع فرهنگی و احترام به آداب و سنن مختلف در آموزه های اسلامی نیز مورد شناسایی قرار گرفته است. نتیجه : رویکرد اسلامی به حقوق بشر بسیار قبل تر از گرایش های نوین حقوق بشر بین المللی، ضرورت احترام به تنوع فرهنگی را مورد اشاره و تأکید قرار داده است و این امر به صورت مستقیم در منبع اصلی اسلام یعنی قرآن کریم به صراحت مورد اشاره قرار گرفته است.The Confrontation between Universalism and Relativism of Human Rights within the Framework of the Role of UNESCO and Islamic teachings
Background and Aim : Universal human rights and regional or relative human rights are two approaches to the process of human rights normization. The aim of this study is to explain the role of UNESCO in these two approaches, taking into account Islamic teachings.
Materials and Methods : This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Ethical Considerations : In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
Findings : Relativism in the human rights arena currently has more supporters among theorists. Also, international practice and the process of approving international documents indicate UNESCO's choice towards relativism. On the other hand, cultural diversity and respect for different customs and traditions have also been recognized in Islamic teachings.
Conclusion : The Islamic approach to human rights, long before the modern trends in international human rights, has emphasized the need to respect cultural diversity, and this is explicitly mentioned directly in the main source of Islam, the Holy Quran.
