اسلام سیاسی از منظر رهبران احزاب سیاسی ترکیه: مطالعه تطبیقی احزاب رفاه و عدالت و توسعه

چکیده
علی رغم تلاش هایی که در دوران حکومت آتاتورک برای کنار زدن اسلام از صحنه سیاسی ترکیه انجام شد؛ اسلام سیاسی توانست به عنوان یک بازیگر مؤثر در نظام سیاسی باقی بماند. در میان احزاب سیاسی، دو حزب رفاه و عدالت و توسعه به عنوان دو بازیگر اثرگذار در ایجاد و تغییر قرائت های متفاوت از اسلام سیاسی شناخته می شوند. نجم الدین اربکان و رجب طیب اردوغان به عنوان رهبران این احزاب، در مدت فعالیت خود تلاش کرده اند علاوه بر حفظ اسلام سیاسی، نگرش مدنظرشان از اسلام سیاسی را در عرصه اجتماعی تبیین نمایند. در این تحقیق با هدف شناخت دقیق از انواع نگرش ها به اسلام سیاسی ترکیه در پی پاسخ به این سؤال هستیم که: «وجوه تشابه و تمایز دو حزب رفاه و عدالت و توسعه به عنوان دو پرچم دار مهم اسلام گرایی ترکیه، به اسلام سیاسی چگونه است؟». یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که هر دو حزب، اسلام سیاسی را به عنوان هسته مرکزی تفکر خود پذیرفته و با دوری از اعمال خشونت برای تغییر نظام سیاسی، تلاش کرده اند تا در قالب حزب سیاسی، خود را با نظام دموکراتیک و لاییک ترکیه سازگار نمایند. از جمله وجوه تمایز میان این دو حزب نیز می توان به تأکید همه جانبه حضور دین در اجتماع حزب رفاه در برابر عدم پذیرش حضور همه جانبه دین در اجتماع حزب عدالت و توسعه اشاره نمود. در واقع حزب عدالت و توسعه را می توان مبلّغ قرائتی لیبرال از اسلام سیاسی معرفی نمود که خود را از اسلام سیاسی سنتی حزب رفاه متمایز کرده است.Political Islam from the Perspective of Turkish Political Party Leaders: A Comparative Study of the Welfare Party and the Justice and Development Party
Despite efforts during Atatürk's era to diminish Islam’s influence in Turkey’s political sphere, political Islam has persisted as a significant force within the country's political system. Among the political parties, the Welfare Party and the Justice and Development Party are recognized as influential actors in shaping and redefining different interpretations of political Islam. Necmettin Erbakan and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as leaders of these parties, have worked to both preserve political Islam and articulate their respective visions of it within the social and political landscape. This study aims to comprehensively understand the differing perspectives on political Islam in Turkey by exploring the question: "what are the similarities and differences between the Welfare Party and the Justice and Development Party, as two key proponents of Islamism in Turkey, in their approaches to political Islam?" The findings reveal that both parties embrace political Islam as a central element of their ideology. They have sought to adapt to Turkey’s democratic and secular framework by avoiding violence and advocating for gradual political change. A key distinction is that the Welfare Party emphasized the comprehensive integration of religion into society, whereas the Justice and Development Party rejected this all-encompassing approach. Instead, the latter promotes a more liberal interpretation of political Islam, marking a departure from the traditional, more rigid political Islam espoused by the Welfare Party.
