تبیین الگوهای فکری توسعه پایدارگردشگری شهری ( مورد مطالعه: شهر اردبیل)

چکیده
گردشگری سهم مهمی در برنامیه جدید شهری و دستیابی به اهداف توسعیه پایدار در ایجاد شهرها و سکونتگاه های انسانی فراگیر، ایمن، تاب آور و پایدار دارد. شهر اردبیل به عنوان مرکز استان اردبیل با برخورداری از ظرفیت های مناسب برای توسعیه گردشگری از دیرباز موردتوجه گردشگران و برنامه ریزان است. این شهر در سال 1402 به عنوان پایتخت گردشگری کشورهای عضو اکو (رویداد اردبیل 2023) انتخاب گردید. برای مدت یک سال برنامه های بازاریابی منسجمی برای توسعه گردشگری شهری اتخاذ گردید و با توجه به فرابخشی بودن گردشگری تعامل و هم افزایی مطلوبی بین ارگان های مرتبط با گردشگری صورت پذیرفت. به دنبال تغییر روند جریان های گردشگری شهر اردبیل و رشد چشمگیر تعداد گردشگران ورودی به شهر، ضرورت مدیریت یکپارچه توسعه گردشگری شهری با تأکید بر الگوهای فکری ذی نفعان گردشگری اردبیل بیش از پیش درک می شود. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه چارچوب کاربردی و دانش محور در راستای توسعیه گردشگری شهری پایدار در شهر اردبیل با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان و ذی نفعان کلیدی توسعه گردشگری شهری در قالب پیشران های پیشنهادی سازمان جهانی گردشگری است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، توسعه ای- کاربردی بوده از نظر پارادایم در گروه تحقیقات کمی- کیفی قرار دارد. برای این منظور ابتدا گزاره های پژوهش از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و گزارش های بروزرسانی شده سازمان جهانی گردشگری استخراج گردید و با استفاده از روش تحلیلی کیو، پرسشنامه بین 15 نفر از کارشناسان گردشگری توزیع و الگوهای فکری در زمینه توسعه پایدار گردشگری شهری شناسایی شد و در نهای ت، ب ا تحلی ل کیف ی مطالع ات، الگوهای فکری مهمی در سه حوزه تبیین گردید؛ الگوی فکری اول: تعریف بسته های سرمایه گذاری در حوزه زیرساخت ها و روساخت های گردشگری شهری، تعیین کارگروه توسعه گردشگری شهری؛ الگوی فکری دوم: تقویت کسب و کارهای خلاقانه گردشگری، توانمندسازی تورگردانان و راهنمایان محلی برای برگزاری تورهای شهری؛ الگوی فکری سوم: ارائه برنامه های آموزشی و برگزاری رویدادهای استارت آپی توسعه کسب و کار، تسهیل گری جامعه محلی، انجام مطالعات تطبیق ی و الگوبرداری در زمینه گردشگری شهری.Analyzing the Taught Patterns of Urban Tourism with an Emphasis on Sustainable Development (Case study: Ardabil city)
In order to create inclusive, secure, resilient, and sustainable cities, tourism plays a significant role in contemporary urban design and the accomplishment of sustainable development goals. Tourists and planners have long been interested in Ardabil City, which is the provincial center of Ardabil and has significant potential for tourism growth. In 2023, this city was selected as the ECO member nations' tourist capital. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to offer a knowledge-based and practical framework for the growth of sustainable urban tourism in Ardabil by leveraging the perspectives of important stakeholders and experts in the field of urban tourism development in accordance with the framework established by the World Tourism Organization. According to its paradigm, the current research is quantitative-qualitative, and its goal is developmental-applicative. The Q analysis method was used to distribute a questionnaire to 15 tourism experts and intellectual leaders in the field of sustainable development of urban tourism after research statements were initially gathered from library studies and updated WTO reports. Finally, three key intellectual patterns were clarified through the qualitative analysis of the studies: The first intellectual pattern is the establishment of a working group for the development of urban tourism and the definition of investment packages in the area of infrastructure for urban tourism; The second intellectual pattern is empowering tour operators and local guides to organize tours and bolstering creative businesses; The third intellectual pattern is offering training programs and hosting start-up events, business development, local community development, and comparative and benchmarking studies in the field of urban tourism.
