استفاده از معیارهای ارگونومیک برای ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه کردستان

چکیده
اصطلاح "کیفیت" مفهوم گسترده و پیچیده ای است. بهترین تعریف برای کیفیت آن است که کاملاً منطبق با صدای مشتریان و بر اساس ارزیابی تجربه آنان باشد. کیفیت استفاده یا کیفیت ارگونومیک در واقع تمرکز را از کیفیت محصولی خاص به صورت جداگانه، به محصولات خاص، کاربران آنها، وظایف و زمینه ای که در آن استفاده می شود تغییر می دهد. کیفیت ارگونومیک محصولات و سیستم های تعاملی، شامل همه جنبه های نرم افزاری است که بر عملکرد کاربر در انجام کار تأثیر می گذارد. مفهوم کیفیت استفاده به جای کیفیت محصول مترادف با مفهوم کیفیت ارگونومیک است. در شرایط کرونایی اخیر که اکثر آموزش های دانشگاهی به صورت مجازی ارائه می گردد استفاده ویژه از علم ارگونومی برای توسعه کیفیت آموزش ها بسیار ضروری است. در این مقاله، یک ارزیابی کلی از کیفیت ارگونومیک آموزشهای پشتیبانی شده با فن آوری های مجازی توسط اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان ارایه شده و همچنین نتیجه گیری و توصیه هایی برای بهینه سازی آن بیان شده است.مطالعه حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی بین تعداد 135 نفر از دانشجویان و 75 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه کردستان به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس از تمام دانشکده ها انجام شد. این افراد کارت های کیفیت ارگونومیکی را تکمیل و سپس این کارت ها جمع آوری، وارد SPSS و و به روش های توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه کیفیت ارگونومیکی در ابعاد اثربخشی، کارایی، رضایتمندی و مجموع این فاکتورها(کلی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت که به طور کلی معیار رضایتمندی یک وابستگی خطی مثبت را با ارزیابی دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت علمی نشان داد. بر طبق نتایج آموزش های الکترونیکی ارائه شده در دانشگاه کردستان دارای اثربخشی کافی بوده اما از نظر کارایی و رضایتمندی سطوح پایینتری بدست آمد.Using ergonomic criteria to evaluate the quality of e-learning in Kurdistan University
The term "quality" is a broad and complex concept of the best definition of quality that is completely determined by the customer or end user (consistent with the customer voice) and based on the evaluation of the customer (user) experience of the product or service. Quality of use or ergonomic quality actually shifts the focus from the quality of specific products individually to specific products, their users, tasks and the context in which they are used. Ergonomic quality of products and interactive systems includes all aspects of software that affect the user's performance in doing the job. The concept of quality of use instead of product quality is synonymous with the concept of ergonomic quality. In the recent coronary situation where most university education is offered virtually, special use of ergonomics is essential to develop the quality of education. In this article, a general assessment of the ergonomic quality of education supported by electronic (virtual) technologies by professors and students of Kurdistan University is presented, as well as conclusions and recommendations for its optimization.The present study was conducted by descriptive-analytical method between 135 students and 75 professors of Kurdistan University by available sampling from all faculties. These individuals completed ergonomic quality cards and then these cards were collected, entered into SPSS and analyzed by descriptive and analytical methods. In this study, ergonomic quality in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction and the sum of these (general) factors were analyzed, which in general showed the satisfaction criterion of a positive linear dependence by evaluating students and faculty members. According to the results of e-learning provided at the University of Kurdistan, it was sufficiently effective, but in terms of efficiency and satisfaction, lower levels were obtained .
