چکیده
بیان مسئله: رهاشدگی، افول پویایی و افت حیات در بافت های شهری- تاریخی و مسکونی از مسائلی هستند که همواره حضور گردشگران شهری به عنوان راه حلی برای رفع آنها یاد می شود. اهداف، اولویت ها و خواسته های متفاوت میان دو قشر ساکنین و گردشگران و بروز مشکلات و وجود مزایای متفاوت برای هر یک از طرفین، می تواند منجر به بروز تضادها و تعارض منافع مابین آنها شود. ازاین رو با توجه به ضرورت توجه به خواسته های ساکنین و نیز نیازهای گردشگران، تعارض منافع این دو قشر در محدوده ی گذر تاریخی صدر شهر تبریز مورد شناسایی قرار می گیرد.هدف: در این پژوهش، هدف درک صحیحی از سازوکار تعارض منافع ساکنین و گردشگران و دستیابی به اهداف هم راستا بین نیازهای گردشگران و ساکنان و کاربست آن در طرح های بازآفرینی و توسعه گردشگری از منظر کالبدی است.روش: روش پژوهش ترکیبی بوده و با راهبرد پس کاوی انجام یافته است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به صورت تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS Ver 22 صورت گرفته است.یافته ها: عوامل شناسایی شده شامل چهار مورد بودند؛ عامل اول شامل حضور گردشگران و شادابی و نشاط محله، استقبال از گردشگران و پذیرش آن ها، کاهش هزینه های گردشگران، کاربری های ویژه تفریحی گردشگری، شلوغی معبر به منظور افزایش امنیت گردشگران؛ عامل دوم شامل مراکز اقامتی گردشگری، زیرساخت های گردشگری، کسب وکارهای گردشگری، تنوع و دامنه ی فعالیت ها و آزادی انتخاب گردشگران در انتخاب فعالیت ها؛ عامل سوم شامل دید و منظرهای مناسب، راحتی تردد پیاده و دوچرخه، دسترسی به حمل ونقل عمومی، بهداشت محیطی و فضای سبز؛ و عامل چهارم شامل باززنده سازی مراسمات ملی و مذهبی.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد که تعارض منافعی بین ساکنان و گردشگران در گذر تاریخی صدر وجود ندارد و ساکنان و گردشگران در یک نظام متعادل از منافع با جذب امکانات متنوع و متفاوت، ضمن ایجاد بستری مناسب می توانند موجب ایجاد تعادل منافع در این گذر تاریخی شوند.Identify the Conflict Between Residents’ and Tourists’ Interests in Tourist Routes of Historical Urban Contexts (Case Study: Sadr Alley in Tabriz)
Background: Abandonment, decline of dynamism, and loss of life in urban-historical and residential contexts are issues for which, the presence of tourists is always considered as a solution. Differing goals, priorities, and desires between the two groups of residents and tourists, as well as occurrence of problems and existence of different advantages for each group, can lead to conflict between them. Therefore, considering the necessity of paying attention to the demands of residents, as well as demands of tourists, the conflict between these two groups are examined within the historical Sadr alley of Tabriz city.Objectives: The main objective of the current research was to understand the conflict of interests and achieving aligned goals between the demands of tourists and the desires of residents.Method: The research method has been a combination of qualitative and exploratory strategy. The data analysis was conducted using exploratory factor analysis and the SPSS Ver. 22 software.Results: The identified factors included four main aspects: the first factor includes “the presence of tourists and the vibrancy and liveliness of the neighborhood, welcoming and acceptance of tourists, reduction of tourists' expenses, special tourism entertainment land uses, and the congestion of alley in order to enhance tourists' safety; the second factor includes tourist accommodation facilities, tourism infrastructures, tourism-oriented businesses, diversity and range of activities, and tourists' freedom of choice in selecting activities; the third factor includes appropriate views and landscapes, ease of pedestrian and bicycle traffic, access to public transportation, environmental hygiene, and green spaces; and the fourth factor included the revival of national and religious ceremonies.Conclusion: The results indicate that there is no conflict between residents and tourists in the historical area, and residents and tourists can create a balanced system of benefits by embracing diverse and different amenities, while creating a suitable infrastructure, thereby fostering a balance of interests in the historical Sadr alley.
