چکیده
در سردر بناهای تاریخی به ویژه مساجد و مدارس، عموماً مفاهیم مختلف به دو صورت نمادین و نوشتاری مورد استفاده قرار می گرفت. شکل های نمادین، گره ها و نقوش هستند و نوشتاری از خطوط گوناگون استفاده کرده اند که یکی از پرکاربردترین آن، خطوط بنایی است. بررسی پژوهش های تاریخ معماری مدارس شهر اصفهان نشان می دهد، کم تر به بررسی ویژگی های خطوط بنایی در معماری مدارس پرداخته شده است. گستره مضامین نهفته و مکان قرارگیری، عرصه ای است برای دسته بندی ویژگی های نقوش کتیبه های بنایی سردر مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان که شباهت ها و تفاوت های آن را آشکار می سازد. این پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف بنیادین است و از بُعد زمان، گذشته نگر است. شیوه مطالعه نیز، تاریخی- تحلیلی با رویکرد مقایسه ای است و به گونه ترکیبی کمی و کیفی است. در گام نخست، با مشاهدات میدانی، از۲۳ نمونه موجود مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان، پنج نمونه به صورت هدفمند که در سردر آن ها تزیینات کتیبه ای با خطوط بنایی به کار رفته، انتخاب شده است. یافته اندوزی این پژوهش، مبتنی بر منابع اسنادی و مطالعات میدانی است. تهیه عکس از کتیبه های بنایی و ترسیم آن ها با نرم افزار دوبُعدی AutoCAD و سه بُعدی 3ds Max است. درنهایت، نمونه ها براساس پنج فاکتور (مکان قرارگیری کتیبه ها، فرم زمینه، مضامین به کار رفته، نوع خطوط مورد استفاده و میزان سطح اختصاص داده شده به این تزئین) مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته اند. نتایج تحلیل ها، آشکار ساخت که وجوه مشترک و افتراق آشکاری در جنبه های مضامین نهفته و مکان قرارگیری کتیبه های بنایی سردر مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان می توان مشاهده کرد. عمده ترین ویژگی های شاخص در جنبه های شکل گیری و مضامین آن، مکان قرارگیری، نوع خطوط مورد استفاده و میزان سطح اختصاص داده شده به این تزئین است.اهداف پژوهش: بررسی ویژگی های نقوش بنایی به کار رفته در حوزه مضامین نهفته در مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان.بررسی مکان قرارگیری کتیبه های بنایی سردر مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان.سؤالات پژوهش:زمینه های نقوش کتیبه بنایی پرتکرار در کتیبه های بنایی سردر مدارس تاریخی شهر اصفهان کدام اند؟آیا شباهت خاصی از لحاظ نسبت سطح اختصاص داده شده به کتیبه خطوط بنایی در سردر مدارس وجود دارد؟Comparative Study of Inscriptional Patterns on the Portals of Historical Schools in Isfahan: Themes and Placement
The portals of historical buildings, especially mosques and schools, often feature diverse symbolic and textual elements. Symbolic forms include geometric patterns and motifs, while textual elements employ various scripts, with banna'i (architectural) script being among the most commonly used. A review of studies on the architectural history of schools in Isfahan reveals limited attention to the characteristics of banna'i scripts in school architecture. This study focuses on the thematic content and placement of inscriptional patterns on the portals of historical schools in Isfahan, aiming to classify their features and highlight similarities and differences. The research is fundamental in purpose and retrospective in nature, employing a historical-analytical method with a comparative approach, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses.Initially, field observations identified 23 historical schools in Isfahan, from which five were purposefully selected for their use of banna'i script decorations on their portals. Data collection involved both archival sources and field studies, including photographing the inscriptions and rendering them in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (3ds Max) software. The selected samples were compared based on five factors: inscription placement, background form, thematic content, script type, and the surface area allocated to decoration. The analysis revealed significant similarities and differences in the thematic content and placement of banna'i inscriptions on the portals of historical schools in Isfahan. Key distinguishing features include their formation themes, placement, script types used, and the extent of surface area dedicated to these decorations.Research Objectives:To examine the characteristics of banna'i motifs used in the thematic content of historical schools in Isfahan.To analyze the placement of banna'i inscriptions on the portals of these schools.Research Questions:What are the recurring motifs in banna'i inscriptions on the portals of historical schools in Isfahan?Are there notable similarities in the surface area proportions allocated to banna'i inscriptions across these portals?
