تأثیر تروریسم دولتی آمریکا بر سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد تروریسم انتقادی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تروریسم کلمه ای آشنا در عرصه بین المللی است و مفهوم خاص آن به زودی ذهن را به سمت حزب ها و جنبش های مسلحی سوق می دهد که با اهداف و خواسته های غیرمجاز علیه دولل و ملل، جنگ می کنند. اما باید التفات داشت که این واقعه در واقع ریشه در سیاست های کلان برخی دولت ها دارد که منفعت خود را در استعمار و تسلط بر کشورهای دیگر معرفی کرده اند. بر این اساس واقعه های به نام «تروریسم دولتی» معرفی می شود که بی شک اساس رده ها و جنبش های تروریستی را تشکیل می دهد. در این میان تروریسم دولتی یکی از ادوات مهم در استراتژی سیاست خارجی آمریکا است و تمایل دارد که خود را مرکز رهایی ، دموکراسی و حقوق بشر بنامد و با نزدیک کردن نظام بین الملل به اهداف آزادی خواهانه خود، درگیر تروریسم دولتی شود. آمریکا از دیدگاه خود به دنبال ترویج دموکراسی در جهان است و محاربه با تروریسم بین المللی را آغاز کرده است. سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که تروریسم دولتی آمریکا از سال 1384 تا کنون چه تاثیری بر سیاست خارجی ایران داشته است. نتیجه پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن بود که آمریکا با استفاده از زور و استفاده ابزاری از تروریسم دولتی و نیز با استفاده از روش هایی مانند ترور، اذیت و ازار و رفتارهای بی رحمانه درپی ناتوان سازی و مقابله با جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده است. این مطالعه با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی ،اسناد کتابخانه ای مانند کتاب ها، مقالات و دیگر اسناد استفاده شده است.Investigating the impact of American state terrorism on the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran with a critical terrorism approach
Terrorism is a familiar word in the international arena, and its specific meaning soon leads the mind to armed parties and movements that fight against countries and nations with illegitimate goals and demands. But it should be noted that this incident is actually rooted in the macro policies of some governments that have introduced their interest in colonizing and dominating other countries. On this basis, events called "state terrorism" are introduced, which undoubtedly form the basis of terrorist ranks and movements. In the meantime, state terrorism is one of the important tools in America's foreign policy strategy, and it tends to call itself the center of liberation, democracy and human rights, and by bringing the international system closer to its libertarian goals, it engages in state terrorism. From its point of view, America seeks to promote democracy in the world and has started the war against international terrorism. The main question of the current research is what effect American state terrorism has had on Iran's foreign policy since 2004. The result of the current research indicated that the United States has sought to weaken and confront the Islamic Republic of Iran by using force and instrumental use of state terrorism, as well as by using methods such as terror, harassment, and cruel behavior. This study has used descriptive-analytical method, library documents such as books, articles and other documents.
