چکیده
هم چنان که در شرق جهان اسلام اندیشمندان و فقهای بزرگ ایرانی در شکل گیری و رواج فرق و مذاهب گوناگون اسلامی دخالت داشتند، در غرب جهان اسلام و سرزمین افریقیه و مغرب از نسل مهاجران خراسانی آنجاT فقهای برجسته ای رشد کرده و در استقرار و گسترش مذاهب اسلامی، به خصوص مذهب حنفی و مالکی اثرگذار بودند. در منابع و کتب تراجم و طبقات شرح آثار و اقدامات بسیاری از فقهای ایرانی آمده و اکثر اسامی آنها با پسوند «الفارسی» یاد شده است. در واقع این القاب نشان دهنده خواستگاه و ایرانی بودن آنان دارد که با دیگران متمایزاند. این جستار به دنبال تبیین نقش و جایگاه واقعی فقهای ایرانی در شکل دهی و ترویج مذاهب اسلامی در افریقیه و مغرب است. با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه ای و با رویکرد تاریخی و روش توصیفی تلاش خواهد شد تا سهم و تأثیر دانشمندان و علمای ایرانی در گسترش و رشد مذاهب اسلامی در مغرب اسلامی، به ویژه منطقه افریقیه روشن شود.Role and status of Persian Jurists in promoting and the spread of Islamic religius in Afriqia
