چالش های سازگارگرایان در مواجهه با استدلال مهار زیگوت آلفرد ملی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
ناسازگارگرایان معتقدند در جهان متعین نمی توان فعلی را آزادانه و اخلاقاً مسئولانه انجام داد درحالی که سازگار گرایان امکان انجام آزادانه فعل و مسئولیت اخلاقی را برای فاعل جهان متعین منتفی نمی دانند و بر این باورند که می توان میان مسئولیت و تعین علّی نوعی سازگاری یافت. این مقاله به تحلیل استدلال مهار زیگوت آلفرد ملی خواهد پرداخت که استدلالی در نقد سازگارگرایی میان مسئولیت اخلاقی و جهان متعین است. استدلال مهار استدلالی است که برپایه شهود افراد از موقعیتی که فاعل در آن تحت کنترل شخص یا نیرویی دیگر است استوار شده و بر آن است که نشان دهد فاعل در موقعیت مهار شده، علی رغم براورده کردن شروط سازگارگرایان همانند فاعل در جهان متعین، مسئولیت اخلاقی برای فعل خود ندارد. در این مقاله قصد داریم که نشان دهیم ملی با طرح این استدلال در پی رد سازگارگرایی نیست و در نهایت موضعی ندانم گرا در این استدلال می گیرد و بنابراین نمی توان استدلال مهار زیگوت را استدلالی در اثبات ناسازگارگرایی دانست بلکه در بهترین حالت، استدلالی است که سازگارگرایی را نقد کرده و شروط آن را به چالش می کشد.Compatibilist's Challenges on Encountering with the Zygote Argument of Manipulation
In compatibilists believe that we cannot act freely and be morally responsible for an action in a deterministic world, while compatibilists don’t deny the possibility of free action and moral responsibility for the agent, and they believe that we can find some kind of compatibility between moral responsibility and causal determination. This article will analyze Alfred Mele's zygote argument of manipulation, which is an argument in critique of compatibilism between moral responsibility and the deterministic world. Manipulation argument is an argument based on an agent's intuition of a situation in which the agent is under the control of another person or force. It wants to show that an agent in a manipulated situation, despite satisfying the compatibilists conditions, is not morally responsible for her action, and she is like the agent in a deterministic world.
