چکیده
بیان مسئله: با ترکیب دانش(شهروندان) و تکنولوژی هوشمند، می توان شهرها را به مکان هایی تبدیل کرد که از خدمات بهتری برخوردار باشند، محیط زیست را حفظ کنند، اقتصاد را ترقی دهند و توانمندی های اجتماعی و فرهنگی جامعه را بهبود بخشند. این تبیین نقش مهمی در ساختاردهی شهرهای آینده و بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان ایفا می کند.هدف: این مقاله در پی آن است با مرور مطالعات انجام شده در خصوص شهر هوشمند و اجتماع دانشی( 72 مقاله) به مقایسه و تحلیل متغیرها و روش ها در مقیاس ها و رویکردهای به کار گرفته شده بپردازد. روش: روش تحقیق به کار رفته در این پژوهش "روش فراترکیب " بوده است. این روش در راستای دستیابی هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر خلق شهر هوشمند با تأکید بر اجتماع دانشی به کار گرفته شده است.یافته ها: نتای ج نش ان می دهد؛ چارچ وب نظ ری و تحلی ل هوشمند دانشی، مفهوم ی چندرش ته ای اس ت ک ه پایه های مفه وم و بس ط نظ ری آن، از حوزه های مطالعات ی تح ت س یطره شهر هوشمند، شهر دانش پایه، اجتماع دانشی، جامعه اطلاعاتی، شهر یادگیری، مکان دانشی منت ج ش ده اس ت. تحلیل مقالات بین سال های 2000 تا 2023 در این حوزه انتشار یافته اند، نشان داد مطالعات صورت گرفته عمدتا در قالب 5 مولفه به موضوع " شهر هوشمند با تاکید بر اجتماع دانشی" پرداخته اند: حکمرانی، اقتصاد، محیط، فرهنگ و فناوری. نتیجه گیری: از ارزیاب ی یکپارچ ه یافته های پژوه ش می توان اس تنباط ک رد ک ه ن ه تنه ا درک مفه وم شهر هوشمند دانشی در پژوهش های داخل ی ب ه کفای ت رخ ن داده اس ت، بلک ه به واسطه مطالع ات س طحی و ع دم درک مناس ب از مفاهی م بنیادی ن از اجتماع دانشی، نی از ب ه مطالع ه عمیق تر در ای ن ح وزه وج ود دارد. در پایان چارچوب نظری شهر هوشمند با تاکید بر اجتماع دانشی برگرفته از یک بررسی یکپارچه آورده شده است.Factors Influencing Smart Cities with Emphasis on Knowledge Society
Background: By combining knowledge (citizens) and smart technology, cities can transform into places that offer better services, preserve the environment, promote economic growth, and enhance the social and cultural capabilities of the community.Objectives: This paper aims to compare and analyze variables, scales, and approaches used in studies related to smart cities and knowledge societies (72 articles).Methodology: The research method used in this study is the "meta-analysis" method, which is employed to examine the factors influencing the creation of smart cities with an emphasis on knowledge societies.Findings: The results indicate that the theoretical framework and analysis of smart knowledge are multidimensional concepts that draw upon various theoretical foundations from the fields of smart cities, knowledge-based cities, knowledge societies, information society, learning cities, and knowledge places. The analysis of articles published between 2000 and 2023 in this field shows that the studies mainly focus on five components related to "smart cities with an emphasis on knowledge societies": governance, economy, environment, culture, and technology.Conclusion: From the comprehensive evaluation of research findings, it can be inferred that not only is the understanding of the concept of smart knowledge cities insufficient in domestic research, but also due to superficial studies and an inadequate understanding of fundamental concepts of knowledge societies, there is a need for deeper studies in this field.
