نگاهی اجتهادی به سن کیفی ازدواج دختران

چکیده
تشکیل هر خانواده ای با ازدواج شروع می شود که یک رکن آن زن می باشد، از همین رو اطلاع از زمان مطلوب ازدواج دختران به گونه ای که زمینه ساز خانواده ای پایدار باشد از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. عدم توجه به سن کیفی مطلوب برای ازدواج می تواند ضرر های جبران ناپذیری به افراد و اجتماع وارد سازد. هدف از این تحقیق قاعده مندسازی سن کیفی ازدواج از نگاه جامعه شناسی دینی با تمسک به روایات و مشخص کردن شاخصه هایی است که دین در امر ازدواج مطلوب دختران ذکر می کند. در پایان این نوشتار با تمسک به استقراء در منابع دینی ملاک و مناطی استخراج شده است که معیاری در جهت شناخت سن کیفی مورد تایید دین اسلام، برای ازدواج دختران است. با توجه به نتایج حاصله ازدواج در سنین ابتدایی و قبل از بلوغ جنسی به هیچ وجه مطلوبیت نداشته و این امر به سنین جوانی موکول شده است. از طرفی جوانی، سن شناوری است که از زمان بلوغ جنسی شروع شده و تا انتهای سی سالگی ادامه پیدا می کند. بنابرین با توجه به حصول شاخصه رشد در دوره جوانی سن مناسب ازدواج برای دختران استنباط شده و مطلوبیت ازدواج مقید به محقق شدن رشد می باشد. برای این منظور از روش کتابخانه ای با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی برای مسأله ی تحقیق استفاده شده است.An Inductive Survey around the Qualitative Age of Girls' Marriage.
The formation of any family which the woman is its main pillar begins with marriage, so it is vital to consider the optimal time of marriage for girls to build a stable family. Neglecting the proper quality age for marriage might cause irreparable damage to individuals and society. The purpose of this study is to regulate the qualitative age of marriage from the perspective of religious sociology in regarding to hadiths and identifying the characteristics which have been mentioned by religion mentions for girls' desirable matrimony.
By relying on induction which has been formed based on religious sources, at the final point of this article, some criteria that clarify the Islamic approved qualitative age for girls' marriage have been extracted. Regarding the results, marriage at an early age and before puberty is not desirable at all, and the matrimony has been postponed to young age. On the other hand, youth is a floating age which begins from puberty and continues through the end of thirty. Therefore, the criteria of growth and its appearance in youth age has been inducted as the appropriate and approved age of marriage for girls. To study this paper question a library method with a descriptive-analytical approach has been used.
