چکیده
برجستگی کنش برخی رهبران سیاسی در تاریخ پدیده ای است که تکیه بر توانایی های فردی نمی تواند به طور کامل آن را تحلیل نماید. آنچه بر اهمیت این مساله می افزاید حکمرانی موفق در دوران جوانی است که هنوز واجد تجربه بخصوصی نیست. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است تا نسبت میان هوش هیجانی و الگوی حکمرانی شاه عباس اول را بررسی نماید. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با تکیه بر مطالعه کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. نتایج این تحقیق، نشان می دهد هوش هیجانی نقش موثری در حکمرانی موفق شاه عباس داشته است. این عامل موثر، خود محصول الگوگیری از بافت سیاسی و اجتماعی دوران کودکی و نوجوانی شاه عباس و بازتولید خاطره جمعی جامعه ایران از حیات کوتاه اما معنادار شاه اسماعیل دوم و آشوب های عصر پدر خود، شاه محمد خدابنده، بوده است. نتایج این تحقیق ابعادی از بروز هوش هیجانی در حکمرانی موفق شاه مانند درک بی واسطه از جامعه و کشف عناصر نادیده و توجه به اجرای عدالت اجتماعی، گشایش روحی در قبال جامعه و درک درست از محیط پیرامون را نشان می دهد. در واقع مجموعه تحولات عصر پادشاهی پدر و رفتار اجتماعی شاه اسماعیل دوم و بازخورد مثبت آن در جامعه که بخشی از آن در جنبش های اسماعیل میرزاهای دروغین بروز یافت توانایی همه جانبه درک جامعه هدف را در شاه نوجوان تقویت و به الگوی عمل وی بدل نمود.A new approach to the governance model of Shah Abbas I; Appearances and backgrounds
The prominence of the actions of some political leaders in history is a phenomenon that cannot be fully analyzed by relying on individual abilities. What adds to the importance of this issue is successful governance in youth when one does not yet have much experience. Accordingly, the following research seeks to explain the emergence of emotional intelligence in the successful rule of Shah Abbas I Safavid in his youth and then to examine the grounds for constructing his rule. This research has been done by descriptive-analytical method and relying on library study.The results of this study show aspects of the emergence of emotional intelligence in the successful rule of the Shah such immediate understanding of society and the discovery of neglected elements and attention to the implementation of social justice, spiritual openness to society and a correct understanding of the environment. This framework is the product of modeling the political and social context of the Shah's childhood and adolescence and the reproducing the collective memory of Iranian society of the short but significant life of Shah Ismail II and the riots of his father's era. In fact, the set of developments of the reign of the father and the social behavior of Shah Ismail II and its positive feedback in the society, part of which appeared in Ismail Mirza's false movements, strengthened the comprehensive understanding of the target society in teenage King and became his role model.
