چکیده
امروزه حفاظت و حراست از سرزمین ها، استراتژی ثابت تمامی ملت ها و نظام های سیاسی جهان است و به عنوان یک ارزش بنیادی متضمن ثبات و تداوم امنیت ملی است که بودن ترید این شاکله همواره در معرض تهدیدات متنوع و نوظهوریست که به طبع ابداعات و پیشرفت های علمی بشر دارای پیچیدگی ها و ابهاماتی می باشد که مبحث سایبری و پیامدهای مخرب این پدیده نوظهور مسأله ای شده که در سال های اخیر مورد توجه و دست مایه محققان و پژوهشگران این حوزه به ویژه نهادهای نظارتی و امنیتی قرار گرفته است. بنابراین یکی از محورهای اصلی تهدید امنیت در عصر ارتباطات و جهانی شدن برای کشورها و به خصوص ایران فضای مخرب رقابتی فرا منطقه ای سایبری و بحران های ناشی از آن است که نمونه بارز آن حمله رایانه ای به تاسیسات هسته ای و الکترونیکی ایران از طریق ویروس استاکس نت به عنوان نخستین حمله سایبری پایدار امریکا علیه یک کشور دیگر را اشاره نمود. بنابراین هیچ عنصری برای پیشرفت بشر و تکامل جامعه مهم تر از مفهوم امنیت نیست و به لحاظ نقش و جایگاهی که دارد مهمترین پارادایم روز دنیاست چرا که جبهه مقابل تروریسم سایبری امنیت ملی کشورهاست که با توجه به حوزه مفهومی آن مختص به یک قلمرو یا حوزه سرزمینی نیست و به عنوان تهدیدی جهانی محسوب می گردد.Cyber space and national security Islamic Republic of Iran
Nowadays, protection and guarding of lands is constant strategic of all nations and the world’s political systems; it ,as a fundamental value, comprises constancy and durability of the national security which doubtless the framework always is at risk of various new treat hens which human being’s scientific advancement and innovation have complexities and ambiguities and cyber subject and its destructive consequences become a problem which was paid attention recent years and was dealt with by researchers in this scope special for security and surveillance organization. Cyber space expansion causes virtual borders appearance and realistic understanding of security threats is due to attention to soft ware agents which in fact is go-between security environment of countries and hard ware’s; so understandings of national security concept especially in its traditional sense in this space is challenging. Therefore, one of the major pivots of security threat in communication era and countries globalization specially in Iran is cyber competitive destructive intra-zonal and its crises come from that its clear example is computer attack to Iran nuclear electronic installations through Staxnet virus as the first constant cyber attack of America against another country. So no element is more important than security concept for human advancement and evolution and because of its place and role is the most important paradigm, for is contrary to cyber terrorism of countries national security which due to its connectional domain is not special for a realm or land and accounts for as a global threat.
