چکیده
عوامل خارجی و داخلی متعددی بر مناسبات بین حکومت با مردم ایران در دوره های مختلف تأثیرگذار بوده است که از جمله آنها می توان به تصمیمات و سیاست های حاکمان در شرایط مختلف اشاره کرد. مسئله پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر برخی سیاست ها و اقدامات حکومت مرکزی و حاکمان ایالت فارس بر میزان رضایت مندی مردم شیراز عصر ناصری از حکومت می باشد که نگارنده با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و تکیه بر داده های کتابخانه ای درصدد بررسی این موضوع برآمده است. شهر شیراز به عنوان مرکز ایالت فارس در عصر قاجاریه به دلیل مجاورت با خلیج فارس و نفوذ انگلیسی ها در صفحات جنوبی کشور بسیار مورد توجه بود و شاهان قاجاریه برای برقراری امنیت در این شهر، حاکم آن را که مهمترین سمت سیاسی در ایالت فارس بود از بین شاهزادگان و رجال سرشناس انتخاب می کردند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، چگونگی تصمیمات حکومت مانند نحوه برخورد در برابر بلاهای طبیعی مانند زلزله و بیماری های واگیردار، ایجاد نظم و امنیت در شهر و مجازات مجرمان، رسیدگی به شکایات مردم، برقراری عدالت اجتماعی، نقش مهمی در مناسبات بین حکومت با اقشار مختلف مردم شیراز داشته است.The effect of some decisions of the government in the Naseri era on their relations with the people of Shiraz
Abstract Several external and internal factors have influenced the relations between the government and the people of Iran in different periods. Among them, we can refer to the decisions and performance of the rulers in different situations. The present article aims to study Some policies and central government and rulers of Fars state On the level of satisfaction of the people of Shiraz Naseri era with the government. The authors have tried to answer this question by using descriptive-analytical methods and relying on library sources. Shiraz, as the center of the Fars province in the Qajar period, was highly regarded due to its proximity to the Persian Gulf and British influence in the southern parts of the country. The Qajar kings, for establishing security in this city, were choosing its ruler, which was the most important political position in Fars, among princes and prominent men. According to the findings, How the rulers acted, such as: How to deal with natural disasters, establishing order and security in the city and punishment of criminals, Handle people's complaints, establishing justice in the society, played a Fundamental role in the relations between the government and Different classes of people
