بررسی جرم شناختی اصول پیمایشی جرم در پیشگیری از جرائم فضای مجازی

چکیده
امروزه بررسی اصول و مبنای پیمایش جرائم با تکیه بر آمار جنایی یک روش کمی در خصوص پیشگیری از جرائم در فضای مجازی می باشد پیمایش جرائم به ما اجازه می دهد، پدیده مجرمانه در فضای سایبر را به بشناسیم و به قربانیان جرم پی ببریم و با چالش های که به عنوان رقم سیاه بزهکاری وجود دارد استفاده از روش های پیمایشی (پیمایش بزه دیده محور و پیمایش بزهکارمحور) در سطح ملی و بین الملل به عنوان الگو مشخص گردیده است و نقش مهمی در سیاست جنایی کشورها در پیشگیری از جرائم فضای سایبر ایفا می نماید پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نوع پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی است که با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای، مطالب جمع آوری و تحلیل شدند یافته های پژوهش با تکیه بر مبنای اسنادی بوده که نشان می دهد اصول پیمایشی از روش های پیشگیرانه در فضای مجازی و ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر در این زمینه می باشد و استفاده از روش های پیمایشی در اندیشه، سیاست گذاری جنایی هر کشور بسیار حائز اهمیت است و اجرایی نمودن سیاست جنایی سنجیده، کارآمد و پیشگیرانه که از دغدغه های دولتمردان در برقراری امنیت و عدالت می باشد کمک شایانی می نماید و به کاهش نرخ جرائم در فضای مجازی که دنیایی ناشناخته است کمک شایانی می نماید نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که اصول پیمایشی می تواند با بهره گیری از آموزه های جرم شناسی سایبری و انواع پیشگیری های اجتماعی و وضعی از طریق آموزش همگانی، کاهش جاذبه آماج ها در محیط سایبر و سایر تدابیر نظارتی به مقابله و پیشگیری در فضای سایبر بپردازد و پیمایش جرائم به عنوان یک دانش راجع به نوع جرم، تعداد جرائم سن، جنس و سوابق قضایی مجرمان سایبری اطلاعات مفیدی به دست می دهد.Criminological Investigation of the Principles of Crime Survey in the Prevention of Cyberspace Crimes

There are effective solutions in this field, and the use of survey methods in the thinking and criminal policy of each country is very important, and the implementation of a well-considered, efficient and preventive criminal policy, which is one of the concerns of the statesmen in the implementation of security and justice, helps a lot and reduces the crime rate. In cyberspace, which is an unknown world, it helps a lot. The results of this study show that survey principles can reduce the attraction of targets in the cyber environment by using the teachings of cyber criminology and various social and situational preventions through public education. and other regulatory measures to deal with and prevent in the cyberspace, and the survey of crimes as a knowledge about the type of crime, the number of crimes, the age, gender, and judicial records of cybercriminals gives useful information.
