چکیده
تأمین مالی تروریسم مهم ترین بعد در رشد تروریسم و مبارزه با تأمین مالی تروریسم مهم ترین جنبه برای خشکاندن ریشه های تروریسم است. به هر میزان که اقدامات دولت ها و سازمان های بین المللی مالی و غیرمالی در مبارزه با شیوه های سنتیِ تأمین مالی تروریسم به موفقیت منجر شود، گذرکردن تروریست ها از شیوه های سنتی و روی آوردن به فنّاوری های جدید مالی بیشتر خواهد شد. ارزهای مجازی و در رأس آن، بیت کوین با توجه به ویژگی هایی همچون گمنامی، ایجاد لایه های امنیتی و غیرمتمرکزبودن ازجمله نوآوری های مالی هستند که مجرمانی مانند تروریست ها برای سرمایه گذاری و نیز تأمین مالی خود به آن نظر دارند. در این مقاله، با مطالعه ای دقیق خواهیم دید که بیت کوین صرف نظر از این که به منزله ارزی معتبر در آینده تلقی خواهد شد، چگونه با تغییر سیستم های مالی باعث جذابیت برای شبکه های غیرقانونی می شود و انقلابی در تأمین مالی تروریسم ایجاد می کند.Bitcoin; A Revolution in Terrorist Financing
