چکیده
در عصر حاضر روند رو به رشدی در بهره برداری از مفاهیم مربوط به گردشگری خصوصاً در حوزه گردشگری کشاورزی ایجادشده است. قاطبه اصلی این تلاش ها بر ایجاد جذابیت در کلاس جهانی و داخلی برای گردشگران بوده است تا برای اهداف مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مورد بهره برداری قرار گیرد. مقاله پیش رو به شناسایی مؤلفه های اثرگذار بر ماندگاری گردشگری کشاورزی و ارائه راهکارهایی مناسب برای توسعه آن با رویکرد فراترکیب پرداخته است. با استفاده از روش فراترکیب هفت مرحله ای سندلوسکی و باروسو بررسی جامعی بر کلیه مقالات علمی-پژوهشی و علمی- تدریجی نمایه شده در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی صورت پذیرفت. در این تحقیق تلاش شد تا پژوهش های منتشرشده تا سال 2021 بررسی شوند که حاصل این جست وجو تعداد 110 مقاله با رویکرد گردشگری کشاورزی و عوامل موثر بر ماندگاری آن یافت شد و پس از غربالگری تعداد مقالات اولیه به عدد 40 مقاله تقلیل یافت و مناسب کدگذاری و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه های اثرگذار بر ماندگاری گردشگری کشاورزی می تواند متأثر از عوامل متعددی باشد که در این زمینه به هفت مقوله که بیش از سایر عوامل می تواند بر این مهم مؤثر واقع شود، پرداخته شد. این مقوله ها عبارت اند از عوامل نهادی؛ زیرساختی؛ آموزشی؛ معنایی و ادراکی؛ زیست محیطی و زیباشناسی؛ عملکردی- ساختاری و درنهایت عوامل فرهنگی. همچنین نتایج این مطالعه می تواند مورداستفاده سیاستگذاران و برنامه ریزان بخش گردشگری، کشاورزی و کارآفرینی قرار گیرد.Identifying the factors affecting the sustainability of agricultural tourism and providing suitable solutions for its development with a hybrid approach
In today's era, there is a growing trend in the exploitation of concepts related to tourism, especially in the field of agricultural tourism. The main goal of these efforts has been to create world-class and domestic attraction for tourists to be used for various political, economic and social purposes. The upcoming article has identified the factors affecting the sustainability of agricultural tourism and provided suitable solutions for its development with a hybrid approach. Using Sandelowski and Barroso's seven-step Meta-Synthesis method, a comprehensive review was conducted on all scientific-research and scientific-progressive articles indexed in domestic and foreign databases. In this research, an effort was made to review the published research until 2021, and as a result of this search, 110 articles were found with the approach of agricultural tourism and the factors affecting its sustainability, and after screening, the number of initial articles was reduced to 40 articles, suitable for coding and analysis. it placed. The findings of this research showed that the factors affecting the sustainability of agricultural tourism can be affected by several factors, and in this context, seven categories that can affect this matter more than other factors were discussed. These categories include institutional factors; infrastructure; educational; semantic and perceptual; environment and aesthetics; functional-structural and finally cultural factors. Also, the results of this study can be used by policy makers and planners of tourism, agriculture and entrepreneurship sectors.
