چکیده
یکی ازاصول حکمرانی مطلوب، رعایت حقوق شهروندی می باشد و در حقوق شهروندی هم موضوع آزادی جایگاه ویژه ای را به خود اختصاص می دهد، و باتوجه به اینکه یکی ازشعارها و اهداف اساسی انقلاب اسلامی ؛ تحقق آزادی بوده است ؛ لذا این موضوع، در راستای کارآمدی نطام جمهوری اسلامی در جهت حفظ و تداوم انقلاب اسلامی دارای اهمیت و پرداختن به این مبحث دارای ضرورت می باشد. در این پژوهش، موضوع تاثیر و نقش آزادی های سیاسی برحقوق شهروندی با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد بررسی واقع شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشانگر آن است که دین اسلام متضمن احکام و تعالیم بسیاری در مورد رعایت حقوق و آزادی های انسان می باشد و دراصول قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز بحث آزادی مورد توجه و تاکیدقرارگرفته است و حکمرانی مطلوب و مشارکت مردم در اداره امور جامعه ؛ مستلزم رعایت حقوق شهروندی ؛ آزادی های سیاسی می باشد.The influence and role of political freedom in citizenship rights
One of the principles of favorable governance is the respect of citizens rights, and in citizenship, The issue of freedom has a special place so In this regard, the realization of freedom has been one of the basic slogans and goals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran; Therefore this issue is essential in order to maintain and Continuity of the Islamic Revolution. In this study, the subject of the role and the effect of political freedoms on citizenship is discussed by an analytical-descriptive method. The findings of this researcher show that the religion of Islam includes many rules and teachings about human rights and freedoms ,and the principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran have also been emphasized and the issue of freedom has been taken into consideration and the favorable governance and participation of the people in society's affairs and indicate that It requires respect for citizenship rights and freedom.
