بررسی تأثیر تجارت الکترونیک و هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه بر توسعه اقتصادی کشورهای منتخب خاورمیانه

چکیده
امروزه توسعه کشور در گرو توسعه صنعت فن آوری اطلاعات است که تجارت الکترونیک و افزایش هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه ((R&D یکی از اجزای مهم و اصلی آن می باشد. با توجه به تأثیر تجارت الکترونیک و R&D در اقتصاد ملی، ارتباط بین صنعت تجارت الکترونیک و رشد اقتصادی بسیار مهم است. روشن است که تجزیه و تحلیل میزان تأثیر تجارت الکترونیک در اقتصاد به منظور یافتن مزایا و مشکلات توسعه تجارت الکترونیک نشان دهنده این است که استفاده از ساختار صنعت تجارت الکترونیک سهم بیشتر و مثبت تری در توسعه اقتصاد ملی دارد. از این رو در این مقاله تأثیر تجارت الکترونیک و هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه به همراه اندازه دولت و هزینه های بهداشتی بر توسعه اقتصادی در 9 کشور منتخب در حوزه خاورمیانه با استفاده از روش پنل دیتا مدل (GLS) در دوره زمانی 2005 تا 2015 بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که تجارت الکترونیک و تحقیق و توسعه تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر GDP (تولید ناخالص داخلی) سرانه دارند. در بین متغیرهای مدل بیشترین میزان تأثیر مربوط به متغیر هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه است و کمترین اثر را متغیر اندازه دولت دارد. براساس نتایج مطالعه توصیه می شود که به دلیل اهمیت تجارت الکترونیک و تحقیقات در توسعه اقتصادی و رفاه اجتماعی، دولت ها سیاست های مناسب و شرایط لازم را برای گسترش این موضوع اتخاذ کنند.Investigating the Impact of E-Commerce and Research and Development Costs on the Economic Development of Selected Middle Eastern Countries
Today, the development of the country depends on the development of the information technology industry, in which e-commerce and the increase in research and development costs (R&D) is one of its most important components. Economic growth is very important, and it is clear that the analysis of the impact of e-commerce on the economy in order to find the benefits and problems of e-commerce development shows that the use of e-commerce industry structure has a greater and more positive contribution to national economic development. In this paper, the effect of e-commerce and R&D costs along with government size and health expenditures on economic development in 9 selected countries in the Middle East using the model data panel (GLS) method in the period 2005 to 2015 has been investigated. Shows that e-commerce and R&D have a positive and significant effect on GDP (GDP) per capita, among the model variables, the most impact is related to the R&D expenditure variable and the least effect is related to the government size variable. Recommends Due to the importance of e-commerce and research in economic development and social welfare, governments can adopt appropriate policies and conditions to expand this issue.
