چکیده
نگاهی به اتفاقات اخیر منطقه و جهان موارد متعددی از این موارد را فراروی ما قرار می دهد. نقض های فاحش حقوق بشر در فلسطین اشغالی، تجاوزات رژیم صهیونیستی به لبنان، جنایات داعش در سوریه و عراق، تجاوز عربستان به یمن، اعدام های دسته جمعی در عربستان، اتفاقات غیر انسانی در بحرین، نقض حقوق اولیه سیاهان در امریکا، اقدامات تروریستی دولت امریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران اعم از تحریم اقتصادی تا ترور فرمانده سپاه قدس و دیگر ترورها توسط امریکا و رژیم اشغالگر قدس، همگی بخشی از بسیار اقدامات ضد بشری است که در جهان اتفاق می افتد و مقابله با چنین مواردی نیازمند شناسایی همه ظرفیت های حقوقی و سیاسی و همه ابزارهایی است که حقوق بین الملل در اختیار کشورها قرار داده و متاسفانه کمتر از آنها استفاده می شود. این ابزارها، شامل ابزارهای فرهنگی و تبلیغاتی، ابزار مذاکره و دیپلماسی، عدم شناسایی وضعیت حاصله از نقض، قطع رابطه دیپلماتیک، بهره گیری از ترتیبات حقوقی منطقه ای ، دفاع مشروع فردی و دسته جمعى، ظرفیت های سازمان ملل متحد، اعم از شورای امنیت و مجمع عمومی و شورای حقوق بشر، تدابیر قضایی بین المللی، ابزار فشار اقتصادی، اقدام مستقیم نظامی، همگرایی و هم افزایی با دولتهای همسو و تشکیل اتحادیه ها و ائتلاف ها و سازمان های منطقه ای مداخله بر اساس رضایت و درخواست و مداخله بشر دوستانه می باشد که جمهوری اسلامی ایران می تواند برای احقاق حقوق بشر مورد استفاده و استناد قرار دهد.The tools of the Islamic Republic of Iran to deal with international cases of human rights violations
