شادکامی و انگیزه پیشرفت در معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده
تداوم حضور در محیط مدرسه و انگیزه قوی دانش آموزان، جذابیت بالای عوامل مدرسه را می طلبد که بخش مهمی از تحقق این امر بر عهده معلمان مدارس می باشد. هدف اصلی از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه شادکامی و انگیزه پیشرفت در معلمان تربیت بدنی استان سمنان بود. روش پژوهش تحلیلی- توصیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود. جامعه تحقیق تمامی معلمان زن و مرد استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 را شامل شد که بر اساس آمار اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان سمنان تعداد آن ها 229 نفر بود (114 نفر مرد، 115 نفر زن). بر اساس فرمول کوکران 140 نفر( ....مرد و ....زن ) از معلمان به روش طبقه ای- تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه آکسفورد و جهت اندازه گیری سطح شادکامی و پرسشنامه هرمنس جهت سنجش انگیزه پیشرفت استفاده شد. از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف جهت بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع داده های تحقیق استفاده شد. همچنین، جهت آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد. داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مؤلفه های نظیر انگیزه قوی، ادراک پویا از زمان، آینده نگری و رفتار با ریسک پایین بر میزان سطح شادکامی معلمان تربیت بدنی تأثیرگذار بودند. با وجود این، سطح دشواری کار، تمایل به تلاش مجدد، توجه به ملاک و الگو، و عملکرد خوب در کار، تأثیر قابل توجهی بر شادکامی نداشتند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می شود که با ایجاد محیط نشاط بخش برای معلمان، انگیزه پیشرفت را در آنها ارتقا داد تا امکان رشد و بالندگی در آنها فراهم شود.Happiness and Achievement Motivation among Physical Education Teachers
Continuing presence in the school environment and the strong motivation of students require a high level of attractiveness for school attendants, an important part of which is the responsibility of school principals and teachers. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between happiness and achievment motivation among physical education teachers in Semnan, Iran. The research method was analytical-descriptive and applicable in terms of purpose. The research population included all male and female teachers of Semnan province in the academic year of 2017-2018 (N=229, 114 males, 115 females). According to Cochran formula, 140 teachers were selected by stratified - random sampling method. To collect the data, Oxford and Hermann's questionnaire were used to assess the level of happiness and the acheivment motivation, respectively. Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used to investigate the distribution of data. To test the research hypotheses, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 21.The results of this study showed that components such as strong motivation, dynamic perceptions of time, prospective, low risk behavior influenced the level of happiness of high school teachers. However, the level of difficulty of work, the tendency to try again, attention to criterion and pattern, and good performance in work had no effect on happiness. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the achievment motivation in teachers by creating a happy environment in order to allow them to grow.
