This research was carried out to investigate the role of natural resources cooperatives in ecotourism development. This was an analysis-descriptive study conducted through survey method. Statically population of study was 123 members of the directors of these cooperatives. A structured questionnaire was designed and distributed among the cooperative directors. Census technique was applied in this study. The validity of the questionnaires was proved by panel of counselors and experts of pastures and forests organization. In order to measuring the reliability of the questionnaires, a pilot test was carried out. Result of Alfa-Cronbakh 87% for ecotourism development was obtained. In order to data analyzing was used SPSSwin15 software. Results of stepwise regression test showed that organizing service providers and training local population in cooperatives have positive effects on ecotourism development. Totally those factors explained 50% of effective factors on measure of ecotourism development variable by natural resources cooperatives.

The ultimate purpose of the present s tudy is to provide a model for ecotourism development, economic growth, and job creation. The research methodology was descriptive-inferential, and the data collection method was a researcher-made ques tionnaire. The firs t part included considering the models of ecotourism development. After inferring and confirming the research hypothesis, the second part presented the economic development model and job creation in the free margin of the northern roads between Emamzadeh Hashem and Rudbar. For proving the research hypothesis, at firs t, the factors affecting the development of ecotourism were identified and identified, which included eight topics including national identity, job creation, productivity growth, service prosperity, environmental, physical, socio-cultural, and community attitudes and awareness to determine which variable will have the mos t significant impact on the development of ecotourism. Accordingly, 384 natives and touris ts from tourism-recreational and ecotourism complexes in the s tudy area were asked. SPSS software was used for inferential measurement of data, and PLS software was used to present the s tructural model of the research. The ques tionnaire and their analysis based on the correlation coefficient and s tructural model in the firs t part showed that employment is the mos t critical factor in tourism development. The analysis results in the firs t part include the presentation of 32 factors affecting the development of ecotourism. The findings in the second section also present the 11 factors of economic development and economic growth.

The unique geographical location and diversity of natural phenomena have led Iran to be recognized as the fifth country with a natural diversity in the world. However, despite the abundance of natural attraction, Iran’s ecotourism is faced with obstacles and challenges for attracting tourists. Among the various kinds of natural attractions, wetlands and preserved areas have a high potential for sustainable tourism development that can provide investment opportunities for public and private sector managers in tourism development and research programs. In this paper, attempts have been made to explore sustainable tourism development potential by identifying the ecosystem potentials of the Anzali Wetland, especially the presence of native and migratory birds in this area. The research uses a descriptive-analytical method that is based on library documents, the Internet websites, and a questionnaire. The SWOT model was used to analyze the hypotheses. It seems that the Anzali Wetland has the potential to attract tourists who come to visit migrating and local birds in most seasons. So, with proper planning and using the experience of developed countries, such as the Kushiro Wetland in Japan, we can develop ecotourism and also, we can make it a matter of culture to monitor and protect the environment as a shelter for local and migrating birds.
