The urban landscape is an objective-subjective nature that plays a significant role in the perception of collective spaces by the audience. This is possible only by s timulating the perceptual potentials of users and inducing behavioral patterns to users of a space. This s tudy inves tigates the role of urban landscaping in the perception of collective spaces using perceptual potentials. This research is descriptive-analytical and, in terms of purpose, is applied. A ques tionnaire did data collection, and for data analysis, Spearman and Friedman's s tatis tical tes ts were used in SPSS software. A case s tudy is the third square of Tehranpars, where the target community has also been selected as users of this space. In the data collected from the sample group, the highes t level of correlation between the sub-components of objective aes thetics is the composition and color indices with a correlation coefficient of .857. Among the sub-components of subjective aes thetics, the penumbra indices and physical cohesion with a correlation coefficient of 0.690 have the highes t level. In addition to the relationship between the proposed indices, the priority of these indices is ranked based on the Friedman tes t, and it is observed that the indices of composition (7.98), readability (5.89), and physical coherence (5.76) have the highes t priority among the ranking of indices in terms of the s tatis tical population. These data-driven priorities can identify design priorities and help take adequate s teps to create a vitality urban space.

Urban landscapes form the main parts of the city. One of these spaces is urban streets, in which social interactions and urban vitality reach its maximum quality and quantity. One of the principles and properties of urban landscape design is its intelligibility. A viewer who takes a look at an intelligible city and knows it can attract new emotional manifestations of city without damaging its original image. Orientation is also very easy for the viewer and he completely knows the environment he lives in. numerous characteristics influence the legibility of urban landscapes. The current research, which is a descriptive- analytic study, is designed to identify the factors influencing legibility of urban landscape and citizen participation as the main bases of visual preference technique. First we begin with concepts, ideas and attitudes of experts inside and outside the country about “landscape, legibility, urban streets” and identification of visual preference technique by investigating some foreign examples is done by collecting principles and characteristics to coordinate the components of city even more. Finally, considering the citizens (residents and non-residents) participation based on surveys and evaluations that have always carried thoughts and ideas about the environment, it was clarified that in different age groups, no fear should be held for the development of this technique. However, considering the new ideas of citizens, criteria are proposed to create and reinforce legible landscapes for the streets and urban landscapes.

INTRODUCTION: The structure of the urban platform of Tehran and its physical characteristics depends on the inherent conditions and environmental thresholds in relation to changes. This study aimed to determine the natural landscapes of Tehran by two phenomena of earthquake and flood that posed the highest risk in different periods of this city. Therefore, the natural perspective of Tehran is divided into three perspectives of north, central, and south regarding the inherent features and evolutionary process. METHODS: The relationship between the perspective of Tehran based on the form and geomorphological processes and the evaluation of earthquake and flood hazards have been observed in four stages, which included data collection, data processing, calculation of indicators, and analysis of findings. The studied area was divided into three northern, central, and south urban landscapes to determine the resistance thresholds of the city according to the characteristics of topography, physiography, geology, the results of field studies and satellite images, aerial photographs, as well as paleogeomorphological research in Tehran. FINDINGS: According to the zoning map of Tehran based on the earthquake phenomenon in three perspectives of north, center, and south, the highest distribution of non-resistance is observed in the northern and southern areas of the city. Northeast, southwest, and semi-western regions have the highest urban resilience to earthquakes. Moreover, regarding the zoning of Tehran based on the flood phenomenon in the three perspectives of north, center, and south, the highest distribution of non-resilience has been observed in the northern regions of the city. Northeast, southwest, and west of Tehran have the highest urban flood resilience. CONCLUSION: Based on the results of the present study, in order to increase resilience against the risks of earthquakes and floods, the city of Tehran should be studied not in just one perspective but in different perspectives.

Over the past few decades, the growing population and the high density of human environments and the development of urban life in most of Iran's cities have caused problems such as limiting natural environments and neglecting ecological conditions such as rivers, forests and natural resource depletion has led to the emergence of severe challenges. Regrettably, in the case of rivers and their marginal lands, in most cities, we face disregard and lack of proper monitoring; urban rivers are one of the most effective sights in cities with this feature. It is considered that by using the correct potential of the rivers inland, the equilibrium of the relative We created between artificial spaces (man-made) and natural spaces in the city and emphasized the presence and participation of more people in natural environments. In order to create and motivate the presence and participation of citizens in the first stage, there is a need for a space for social interactions that We will strengthen the mental and social health of individuals, and in the second stage, we need a standardized and comprehensive urban design, taking into account the general principles of design, as well as observing the appropriate visual corridors in urban space, in order to create the motivation and possibility of the participation of the people, the main issue in research Present study of environmental factors affecting the visual structure of rivers Urban Rhone and the impact of rivers on improving the quality of landscapes of cities with this potential. This paper has been compiled on the basis of content analysis methodology and data analysis using SWOT technique is presented in Table 5. As a result, the paper has a practical structure that includes a series of basic steps to improve urban landscape indicators along the river bed and provide tourist facilities along the periphery of the rivers in the city.

Quality of urban areas and improvement of it have always been considered as one of the main issues in the process of urbanization. It might be possible to consider this importance as the result of fundamental changes in intellectual patterns during the past two decades in one side and its proposal in all aspects of human life on the other side though this is one of the main influential concepts in urban landscape and vision, and there are various approaches available regarding this matter. These approaches have decreased the nature of landscape concept to simple decorating concept and even considering it equal to any type of interaction between human and environment and it identification. So there are several results for each definition in terms of planning and management. Urban landscape &ndash as the objective of city &ndash is the most impressive urban index for human beings. The issue of lack of attention to city vision and landscape, and efforts in identifying and creating of it, is one of the most important problems of cities. Increase in Population as a threat to city life, migration of rural population to urban areas and large cities, traffic, air pollution, open space, green space and playgrounds and several other issues, are among the items that have been discussed relatively more than issue of urban landscape and its problems and more papers and books have been written on it. Urban landscape is in fact all the elements that can be seen in the city and can be watched by human eyes. These items form urban landscape when they are integrated and combined with several factors in every moment. This article seeks to enhance the environmental quality to organize urban landscape in Sa&rsquodi Street through discovery of historical meanings, cultural codes and local architectural terms in visual landscape of the city, and giving sense to it in physical and visual formats. Therefor with review of Store street in New York &ndash as an foreign sample - and Hamze street in Isfahan &ndash as a domestic sample &ndash the existing situation of Sa&rsquodi street is reviewed and SWOT analysis is then implemented for examining the weaknesses and strength factors and regulating the urban landscape of this street through field-documentary studies.
