Threats are one of the most fundamental problems of our modern societies that daily will affect citizens in urban spaces. This becomes more problematic when the people in their everyday living spaces encounter with behaviors that cause lack of security and should have been feel comfort and their families used these spaces freely. This causes many problems for citizens. In today cities because of the increasing growth in construction of residential complexes and high population density in a little area comfort ​​ with more problems and security is more important. So providing security in outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces of residential complexes is not exact scope and is very important. In this study using the analytical-descriptive method and library studies, the factors influencing the security of residential complexes in the form of a conceptual model investigated.

Light and lighting encompass different dimensions of urban life, thus the harmony and coordination of this process with environment and urban space is of great importance. Due to the importance of mental patterns in urban planning, present article analyzes the relation between mental dimensions of lighting and the spatial improvement of Tehran metropolis. The present article is developmental and applied in objectives and uses a descriptive-analytic method. At the same time, it takes advantage of statistical techniques such as factor analysis, correlation, t test and regression. The investigations indicate that lighting influences 3 different parameters, tourism, safety, attractiveness of the environment. Undoubtedly, the quality of urban lighting is considered to be especially important in attracting citizens to these textures. Therefore, it is necessary to improve lighting quality in the process of designing our urban textures. Findings show that the residents of the case study area have a low level of satisfaction regarding the quality of lighting.

Security has always been one of the most basic needs of human and improves social interactions, personal and social peace, prosperity of the people and thus caused the improvement of society. Modern urban spaces admitting to crimes and aberrations resulting in lack of security in the city, Security Survey in urban areas is an important issue. This paper examined the impact of residents' sense of safety in urban areas. It uses applied research and descriptive analysis. Quantitative methods and techniques used for evaluating data from the survey (see questionnaire). It studied two areas of Arak city: Hepco (Zone 1) and Ayatollah Saeedi (zone 4) .Research findings suggest that environmental differences are effective on the level of security in the city. People who live in zone1 feel more security than residents of zone 4 at night. Also the women feel more insecurity than men at night. Also between 4 studied subjects (men and women of both areas) men and women of zone 4 use other places for shop and fun more than men and women of zone 1. Also in both areas women use other places more than men .both groups have same ideas about the safe and unsafe places. The majority of them evaluate silent streets, one-way streets and low traffic areas as insecure places. In addition, people considered the presence of police and security forces, promoting the cultural and pay more attention to city design as an important factor of creating the sense of security.

The strategic map of Iran’s immediate neighborhood will change dramatically following the landmark nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1. Given the tremendous geo-strategic stakes involved, Iran has already begun to explore greater opportunities for economic and security cooperation in the region. This has implications for both India and Pakistan, which are tied to Iran strategically, but bitterly opposed to each other. Per the realist prescription of international relations, survival in an anarchic world requires all states to adopt the certain rational behavior, such as power maximization and balancing strategies. Depending to a large extent on their worldviews, all state leaders translate their perceptions of the locational advantages and vulnerabilities into geopolitical strategies. Iran is preparing itself for a wider and internationally legitimized regional role in which it can act pragmatically to enhance its reputation and take advantage of commercial opportunities wherever it finds them. The peoples of India and Iran, two ancient neighboring civilizations, have enjoyed close historical links through the ages. They had a common homeland and share a common linguistic and racial past. Over the several millennia, they interacted an enriched each other in the fields of language, religion, arts, food, ideologically, academically, and culturally and other traditions. Today the two countries enjoy warm, friendly relations and cooperate in a wide range of fields.

In security studies school, there are different viewpoints toward religious and its role in domestic and international security systems. From Peace of Westphalia until beginning of 21 century, many experts has thought Talking about the role of religious is meaningless. After 9/11, most politicians were talking about Islamic terrorism. At this time, there are two types of role for Islam in the field of security: first in Daesh as a big terrorist organization that create insecurity in Iraq and second in Hashd al-Sha’bi as a big volunteer organization that try to make Iraq more secure. This paper discuss these two different perspectives on the role of Islam in security.

The question of ratio of faith to security in Islamic discourse is an important issue with theoretical and operational value. Different views have been put forward on this case that can be classified in two main groups of “traditionalists”, and “religionists”. Traditionalists believe in separation between the security theory and Islam, while the religionist group speaks of the necessity of religiously understanding of security and they support the Islamic theories. Although traditionalism has been criticized and rejected by the Islamic revolutionary discourse, and today, the religionist approach is being supported in the realm of security-related studies, it should be noted that religion-based viewpoints are not similar and diverse approaches have been represented to explain the ratio existing between faith and security. This paper is going to understand and explain security in the light of theory of “comprehensive presence of faith toward Almighty God”. According to that theory, Islam is considered as the demonstrative of a new discourse in security realm which is contrary to ignorance discourse, and monotheism is considered as the central column of security. Contrary to this perception of ignorance about security that believes in understanding the meaning of security based on pluralism, polytheism, customariness, profiteering, jealousy and unenlightenment, Islam represents a new theory according to which, security is based on monotheism, religious governorship, prosperity, commitment, and guidance.

Economic exchanges have long exerted great influence on the relations between nations and nations in various political, social and cultural dimensions, and these effects are increasing in current international relations. Given that the countries of Iran and India are opponents of terrorist and takfiri groups in the region and the country of Afghanistan is one of the main headquarters of the terrorists in the region, it is one of the prerequisites for full and coherent use for security in the economic exchanges of the region.Regarding what has been mentioned, the main question of the paper is about the effect of Indian presence in Afghanistan regarding security and economy?  And the main hypothesis of this paper is that the presence of India in Afghanistan has increased the economic interactions between Iran, Afghanistan and India, and, in addition to the establishment of security cooperation, the internal context of creating insecurity in the region is reduced. The research method used in this article is descriptive-analytical and has used library studies to compare the results of economic exchanges on security creation.First of all, interdependence views have been used to designate India's economic presence in Afghanistan;  and the results of this paper can point to a rise in the economic ties between Iran, India and Afghanistan, leading to an increase in the interests of the three countries, a new balance, the more emphasize and importance of Asian markets Middle and more security in Afghanistan.

Currently, the Syrian crisis has become one of the pivotal issues for decision-making in Iran's regional foreign policy. In this research, we’re going to answer this question the functions of the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Syrian crisis, what is based on the elements of national interest of this country, and also the hypothesis studied the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Syrian crisis, based on the fight against terrorism and maintain the security of civilians, maintaining the existing political situation and support the legitimate government of Syria and finally, maintain stability and security in the Middle East according to Islamic standards. This paper is intended addition to addressing the important parameters of Iran's foreign policy toward The Syrian crisis, exploring the reason for adopting these policies from the perspective of the theory of Islam and with a focus on an Islamic State (Islamic Republic of Iran). Iran to maintain, spiritual and worldly interests, geopolitical conditions and influenced by the structure of the international system, has adopted specific strategies such as having a strong national government, geopolitical situation, and ideological element that gives in this country a prominent role in regional issues. Therefore, the Islamic Republic of Iran is an important role in the Middle East with innate rationality in deciding the direction of strengthening the position and increasing its moral and material interests.

Freedom is an abstract concept which is more understandable by its limitations. The question is that, is there a comprehensive concept of freedom in western idealism? For this purpose, this study created some conceptual research in the poles of western idealism. Accordingly, freedom in framework of Socratic philosophy had no context except virtue orientation. Then, it was reduced to security and property in the new period. The present study used the discourse analysis of freedom to show why and how the concept of freedom has an underlying and philosophical concept in old and new schools. Thus, a single and undeniable attitude to freedom in western idealism is non-scientific and non-historical. The present study selected the analytical comparative method to discuss the concept of freedom discourse in western political thought in old and new periods, indicating why and how freedom is a discourse concept; or at least belongs to its specific community, and cannot be necessarily compared in a generalized, universal way.

This paper seeks to study the security strategies in the Syrah (The life conduct) of the Shiite Infallible Imams. Since one of the most important Shiite sources in understanding the life of the Infallibles Imams are the four books of hadith regarded as reliable by the Shi'as (Al-Kutub al-Arbaʿa), so this study have been analyzed these books in terms of case study. The research question is as follows: What security strategies did the Infallibles Imams use during their Imamate and what are the features of these security strategies? The research method used in this study is content analysis. The results of this research show: According to their historical circumstances, the Infallibles Imams have used these four security strategies: Alavi, Expediency, Order Good and Forbid Evil and Taqiyya.

Drug trafficking is one of the main problems in Central Asia, and addressing it requires huge efforts. However, the efficiency of these efforts is doubtful, since the more effort, the more adaptive drug trafficking becomes. In Central Asia, this problem is associated with both historical prerequisites and the socio-economic situation in the region. This article discusses drug trafficking in Central Asia as an economic phenomenon and identifies the key factors that enable public policy to be more efficient in this field. The authors have analyzed the main strategy for the development of Central Asian countries and the development of synergistic actions system for developed economies (the main consumers of Afghan drugs), which may contribute to a significant reduction in drug trafficking. The major contribution of the article is in the analysis of existing and possible new routes of drug trafficking and the development of an index to assess the country's attractiveness for drug traffickers. The authors have identified two new routes and emphasized the downward trend in the attractiveness of the traditional Northern route. The novelty of the article lies in the developed conceptual models: drug circle; upstream – midstream – downstream drug trafficking; the Index of Drug Trafficking Attractiveness.     

The purpose of this paper is to list and briefly discuss the top authors, organizations, universities, nations, publications, and journals in the topic of sports safety management. It also aims to provide the most linked patterns in terms of co-citation, co-authorship, keyword co-occurrence, temporal proximity, and substantial terms and concepts in the field of safety management based on content analysis. 214 pertinent international publications from journals around the world that were published between 1993 and 2023 were found in the Scopus citation database and comprised the statistical population for this study, which followed a systematic review process. In this study, software tools like Publish or Perish, Excel, Vosviewer, Rstudio, R and Maxqda 2020 were used to identify, quantify, and evaluate safety management elements in sports.The results showed that the United States has the most influence in this sector, with the University of Florida (USA) being the most significant university and organization. "Recreational Sports" is the most prominent journal in the field of safety and risk management. Konnaughton, D.P., and Spengler, Jo are the most significant authors in this discipline. Finally, a comprehensive and eight-dimensional model of safety management was created by merging the essential terms that were taken from the examination of the top 20 articles in this sector. In conclusion, it can be said that safety and risk management in sports can reduce sports-related dangers and boost safety standards, resulting in a significant advancement in athlete safety and a reduction in risks related to sports.
