Consumerism is a new phenomenon created in the 21st century that can play a substantial role in the destruction of national resources of any country. Nowadays, concerning the ever-increasing improvement of fashion in the world, consumerism in the field of textiles and clothing is raised more than ever. Considering the wasteful consumption of products may bring about remarkable damages to the environment, presently certain methods such as no waste clothes production with a sustainability approach are under attention and survey. Researches accomplished in this regard resulted in the initiation of methods that are used by designers around the world as leading methods. Since this approach is an unprecedented opinion that is still in the route of extension and expansion, just a few studies have been conducted regarding the results obtained so far from designing zero-waste clothes and the experiences of consumers' awareness of this approach. The present research, regarding its objective, is of applied type based on descriptive-analytical method and procedure. Data collection is achieved by library method, relying on documents, written sources, and the internet. It challenges the discovery of the roots in this being formed field using the point of view proposed by Keith Fletcher. By explaining the experiences of this researcher in holding workshops related to this opinion, the out comings are surveyed. The obtained results confirm the application of various techniques such as digital printing patterns and the use of updated universal technology for the elimination of wastes.

This paper focuses on the contribution of digital government (DGOV) to Whistleblowing (WB). While considerable efforts have been devoted to DGOV and WB separately, research work at the intersection of these two domains is very scarce; hence and a systematic DGOV for WB (DGOV4WB) research framework has yet to emerge. This paper aims to identify the potential issues in whistleblowing and explore how digital government has been used to address these issues. To this end, this paper uses explanatory case study research methodology and analyses four case studies of existing DGOV initiatives with explicit WB dimensions. The result of the cross-case analysis shows that DGOV4WB initiatives contribute to address goals of the different dimensions of whistleblowing. The most common WB problems addressed are: easily accessible reporting and response whistleblowing channels (Whistleblowing Procedure), easy and timely communication channel with top management (Whistleblowing Organizational culture), and anonymous and confidential communication platforms (Whistleblower Protection). In addition, based on the analysis of the case studies, all the initiatives are classified as either engagement or contextualization stage of the digital government evolution model.

In this article, I have tried to provide a comprehensive understanding of fundamental differences, historical evolution, and societal implications of analog and digital technologies. Analog technology, characterized by continuous signal representations of physical quantities, is contrasted with digital technology's binary nature. While digital technologies have surged in popularity, reshaping entire industries and daily life, analog technologies persist in niche applications. The historical narrative traces the digital revolution's inception from the introduction of the ENIAC computer in the 1940s to the miniaturization enabled by transistors in the 1950s. Mainframe computers, microprocessors, and the advent of personal computers in the 1970s and 1980s are pivotal milestones. The internet's emergence in the late 20th century and the proliferation of smartphones in the 21st century further demonstrate digital technology's transformative impact. I have also presented a case to show how digital and analog watches might have social and cultural implications, far beyond their technological nature.
