تاکنون اکثر گفتمان‌های تاریخی درباره موفقیت و پیشرفت بر مبنای این موضوع بوده است که سازمان‌ها چه کاری می‌توانند برای پیشرفت کارکنانشان انجام دهند. اما با توجه به تغییر و تحولات عصر حاضر، ادبیات پیشرفت شغلی نیز تغییر نموده و اینکه افراد برای موفقیت شغلی خود چه کاری می‌توانند انجام دهند، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این راستا سالهاست که موضوع سرمایه انسانی به عنوان عاملی مهم و تاثیر گذار برای موفقیت و پیشرفت شغلی و اخیرا نیز سرمایه اجتماعی و عاطفی نیز به عنوان عوامل دیگر در این زمینه شناسایی شده است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی روابط متقابل بین سرمایه انسانی، اجتماعی و عاطفی و اثرات آنها بر موفقیت شغلی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده پیمایشی- همبستگی و بطور مشخص مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که دو بعد سرمایه انسانی و اجتماعی بر طبق مدل تحلیل مسیر ارائه شده بر موفقیت شغلی مدیران تاثیر می‌گذارد. در پایان پیشنهاداتی برای مدیران سازمان ارائه گردید.

An Analysis of the Spatial Reflection of Rural Housing Reconstruction after an Earthquake (Case Study: Sina Dehestan of Varzeghan County)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the spatial reflection rural housing reconstruction after the earthquake in Sinai district located in the Varzeghan county aspects of infrastructure-related, social, cultural and health treatment. Design/methodology/approach: This study is a descriptive and analytical. The data collection was in the library field. In the field, the questionnaire is used. The sample size was 300 and the sampling method is simple random sampling. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated based on the validity and reliability of the Guttman coefficient (split-half) which is equal to 955/0 and show the reliability of the questionnaire. Finding: After assuring the goodness of fitting the designed model, the standardized load factor test indicates that the measuring instrument has very good validation tools and shows that the coefficients and chi-square ratio are relative to the degree of freedom that has strong correlation, the relationships between hidden variables together and the relationship of obvious variables; Investigating T values of the obvious variables shows that the Infrastructure Index has the most impact on the renovation of rural housing. Which has the most effective coefficients in this case, the variables of "gas supply", "water distribution", and "transport communication network". Finally, the covariance matrix of the independent variables of the research indicates that the path estimates between all the infrastructural, cultural, social, health and physical variables are acceptable and acceptable at the upper limit. In fact, the proposed model can be proposed as a useful tool for reflecting the spatial renovation of rural housing in general, the renovation of rural housing after the earthquake in the Sina village of Varzaghan has caused the infrastructure index to have the highest spatial reflection. Research limitations/implications: The study population dispersion and trouble completing the questionnaires, as well as the lack of necessary resources on SEM and LISREL software. Originality/value: research innovation combined two important issues the village, housing "and" disaster "and interpret the results using a combination of software LISREL structural equations and multivariable regression analysis using software SPSS.

Export is a crucial driver of economic growth in various countries and significantly contributes to a country's entry into global markets and enhances economic success. In developing countries such as Iran, economic and social development programs prioritize the expansion of exports, particularly high value added agricultural products. The growth in non-oil exports, such as dried fruits, and the entry of domestic producers into new global markets have led to an increased demand for Iran's export products. This has also resulted in higher production levels, increased employment opportunities, and higher value added in the related activities. To enhance export performance, which is a crucial measure of a company's success in utilizing its resources and capabilities in the international arena over a specific period of time, it is important to focus on improving marketing strategies and specialized knowledge. Therefore, this research aims to examine the impact of marketing mix and specialized marketing knowledge on the export performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in exporting dried fruits in Mashhad, Iran in 2022. A total of 80 questionnaires were distributed among senior managers, board members, and business managers of dried fruits SMEs using the available sampling method. Structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis and test of research hypotheses. The statistical data and structural equation modeling revealed that the joint impact of marketing mix and specialized marketing knowledge has a positive and significant influence on export performance. In order to improve the company's profitability, it is essential for senior managers and sales managers to recognize the significance of these two factors and undergo relevant training to acquire the necessary skills. Moreover, managers should make effective use of appropriate distribution channels to expand their exports. Simultaneously, they should consider adapting product quality and packaging to align with the preferences of foreign buyers.
