بررسی کیفی عوامل زمینه ساز اقدام به خودکشی در دختران نوجوان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اقدام به خودکشی در دختران نوجوان به یکی از معضلات و چالش های جدی در جامعه تبدیل شده است. این مطالعه کیفی با هدف تبیین عمیق و همه جانبه ی عوامل زمینه ساز اقدام به خودکشی در دختران نوجوان انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی کیفی و به روش تحلیل مضمون اجرا گردید. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق با ۱۰ دختر نوجوان ۱۳ تا ۱۷ ساله دارای سابقه ی اقدام به خودکشی که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، جمع آوری شد. فرآیند نمونه گیری و مصاحبه تا رسیدن به نقطه ی اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. سپس داده ها با استفاده از راهنمای تحلیلی براون و کلارک(2004) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند؛ تا مضامین اصلی استخراج شوند. یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها3مضمون فراگیر،6مضمون سازمان دهنده و24مضمون پایه را به عنوان عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر این پدیده آشکار ساخت که مضامین سازمان دهنده عبارتند از: خودتنظیمی هیجانی ناسازگارانه، کمبود مهارت های حل مسئله، کنترل گری افراطی والدین، الگوهای ارتباطی مخرب و ناکارآمد خانوادگی، حس فراگیر یأس و ناامیدی، و در نهایت الگوبرداری منفی از رفتارهای خودکشی گرا. نتیجه گیری: در نهایت، نتایج حاکی از آن است که پدیده ی اقدام به خودکشی در این گروه سنی و جنسیتی خاص، ریشه در تعامل پیچیده و چندلایه ای از نارسایی ها و کاستی های مهارتی در سطح فرد و نیز عملکرد ناسالم و آسیب زای درون سیستمی در سطح خانواده دارد. این یافته ها به وضوح ضرورت طراحی، تدوین و اجرای برنامه های مداخله ای یکپارچه، چندوجهی و نظام مند را که به طور همزمان و مکمل، هم بر توانمندسازی فردی نوجوان و هم بر اصلاح پویایی های رابطه ای، عاطفی و حمایتی در بستر خانواده تمرکز داشته باشند، آشکار می سازد. چنین مداخلاتی می توانند در جهت پیشگیری از این رفتارهای خودکشی گرا بسیار مؤثر واقع شوند.A Qualitative Study of Factors Predisposing to Suicide Attempts in Adolescent Girls
Background and Objective: Suicide attempts among teenage girls have become a serious problem and challenge in society. This qualitative study aimed to provide an in-depth and comprehensive explanation of the factors that contribute to suicide attempts among teenage girls.
Method: The present research was conducted using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 10 adolescent girls aged 13 to 17 with a history of suicide attempts, who were selected via purposive sampling. The sampling and interview process continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The data were then analyzed using the Braun and Clarke analytical guide to extract the main themes.
Findings: The Data analysis revealed six main organizing themes as the key factors influencing this phenomenon: maladaptive emotional self-regulation, lack of problem-solving skills, excessive parental control, destructive and ineffective family communication patterns, a pervasive sense of despair and hopelessness, and, finally, negative modeling of harmful behaviors.to God ……
Conclusion: Ultimately, the results indicate that the phenomenon of suicide attempts in this specific age and gender group is rooted in a complex and multi-layered interaction of skill deficits and shortcomings at the individual level, as well as unhealthy and harmful intra-systemic functioning at the family level. These findings clearly reveal the necessity of designing, developing, and implementing integrated, multifaceted, and systematic intervention programs that simultaneously and complementarily focus on both empowering the adolescent individually and modifying relational, emotional, and supportive dynamics within the family context.
