مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری عناصر مؤثر بر تقویت و نگهداری از تجهیزات مبلمان شهری باهدف کاهش رفتارهای وندالیسم شهری در شهر سمنان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
اهمیت نگهداری از مبلمان شهری در بسیاری از شهرهای کشور به عنوان یکی از موضوعات مهم برنامه ریزان و زیبا سازان شهری موردتوجه است. توجه کافی به عناصری همانند طراحی مناسب، ابعاد، جایابی و نظارت های مناسب می تواند در کاهش رفتارهای مخرب اثرگذار باشد. به همین منظور این تحقیق باهدف شناسایی بهتر این عناصر تلاش کرده است تا مدل مناسبی را دراین خصوص طراحی و در اختیار برنامه ریزان و زیبا سازان شهری قرار دهد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی – همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق افراد بالای 18 سال ساکن در شهر سمنان در سال 1401 بود و نمونه آماری در بخش دلفی، تعداد 11 نفر خبره از بین خبرگان دانشگاهی و مسئولان سازمان زیباسازی شهری سمنان است. برای آزمون مدل در نمونه آماری بزرگ تر افراد بالای 18 سال ساکن در شهر سمنان به تعداد 386 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده های لازم از طریق ابزار پرسش نامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شد. تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و تکنیک های دلفی و مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که عناصر مؤثر بر تقویت و نگهداری از تجهیزات مبلمان شهری شامل 4 بعد اصلی طراحی، نظارت، عوامل روانی و جایابی مناسب با 16 مؤلفه است. در بخش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری نیز مشخص شد، القای حس تعلق تأثیرگذارترین عامل و عوامل شکل، تناسب با نیازها، علائم هشداردهنده، رفع سریع عیوب، همخوانی با محیط، پاسخ به نیازها و سهولت استفاده تأثیرپذیرترین هستند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد هر 4 بعد شناسایی شده توانایی کاهش رفتارهای وندالیسمی را دارد و دراین بین بیشترین تأثیر را عوامل روانی با میزان تأثیر 37/0 بر کاهش رفتارهای وندالیسمی دارد.Interpretive Structural Modelling of Elements Affecting the Strengthening and Maintaining Urban Furniture Equipment for the Aim of Reducing Urban Vandalism Behaviours in Semnan City
The importance of maintaining urban furniture in many cities of Iran is considered as one of the most important issues of urban planners and beautifiers. Sufficient attention to elements such as proper design, dimensions, placement and appropriate supervision can be effective in reducing destructive behaviours. For this purpose, this research, with the aim of better identifying these elements, tried to design a suitable model. The statistical population of the study consisted of people over 18, living in Semnan city, in 2022. The sample in the Delphi section consisted 11 experts of university experts and officials of Semnan urban beautification organization. For the model test, 386 people over 18 years of age living in Semnan city were selected in a larger statistical sample. The data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done using SPSS, Delphi techniques, and interpretive structural modeling. The results showed that the elements affecting the strengthening and maintenance of urban furniture equipment include four main dimensions of design, supervision, psychological factors, and proper placement. In the interpretative structural modeling section, it was also determined that the induction of sense of belonging is the most influential factor and such factors as form, fitting with needs, warning signs, quick fixing of defects, environment friendliness, response to the needs, and ease of use are the most influential ones.
