چکیده
حاکمیت پیامبر اکرم(ص) الگویی ارزشمند برای حکمرانی اسلامی در عصر حاضر محسوب می شود. این مقاله با هدف شناسایی سبک حاکمیت نبوی(ص) و الگوبرداری برای دستیابی به حکمرانی اسلامی، با روش تحلیل مضمون به بررسی بیانات و رفتار آن حضرت در دوران حکومت در مدینه پرداخته است. وفق یافته های مقاله، سبک حاکمیت نبوی(ص) معرف الگویی پنج وجهی شامل «پایه مناسبات»، «میزان همگرایی»، «واسطه مبادله»، «ابزارهای هماهنگی و رفع تعارض» و «فرهنگ غالب» در جامعه اسلامی است. یافته ها همچنین نشان می دهند که سبک حاکمیت پیامبر اکرم(ص) برپایه ویژگی هایی همچون اخوت و یگانگی بر مبنای اهتمام به امور مسلمین، تکریم برادران دینی و حفظ پیوند برادری؛ وابستگی متقابل ناشی از تأکید بر یگانگی امت اسلامی؛ انگیزه پاداش الهی از طریق ترغیب به اعمال صالح؛ حکمیت الهی با تأکید بر اطاعت از خدا و رسول؛ و فرهنگ همیاری و یاری رسانی بنا شده است. این ویژگی ها حاکی از آن است که سبک حاکمیت حضرت محمد(ص) را می توان با تشبیهی استعاری، سبک مبتنی بر «نظام خانواده» دانست. این الگو می تواند راهنمای مناسبی برای طراحی حکمرانی اسلامی در عصر حاضر باشد.Identifying Prophet Muhammad's(PBUH) Islamic Governance Style
Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) governance presents an invaluable model for contemporary Islamic rule. This article aims to identify the prophetic governance style and glean insights for achieving effective Islamic governance today. Utilizing thematic analysis, it examines the Prophet's statements and conduct during his Medina leadership. The findings reveal his governance encompassed five key dimensions: relational foundations based on brotherhood and caring for Muslims' affairs; unity and interdependence by stressing the Islamic community's oneness; exchange motivations of divine rewards by encouraging righteous deeds; coordination through obeying God and the Prophet; and a cooperative culture of assistance and support. Specifically, his leadership entailed honoring and maintaining ties with coreligionists, emphasizing Ummah unity, urging good deeds for divine rewards, arbitrating via divine principles, and promoting cooperation and aid. Metaphorically, Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) governance can be portrayed as a "family system" model, providing a suitable paradigm to guide designing Islamic governance in the modern context.
