راهبردهای گسترش هنر دینی در حکمرانی اسلامی در منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله العالی)

چکیده
در حکمرانی مساله مهم تعیین نقش حاکمیت در قبال پیشرفت اسلامی در موضوعات مختلف است از جمله در موضوع هنر که تاثیر شایان توجه ای در فرهنگ جامعه ایفا می نماید. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش تدوین یافته که راهبردهای گسترش هنر دینی در حکمرانی اسلامی در منظومه فکری رهبری انقلاب چگونه است؟ پژوهش از نظر نوع کاربردی و در گردآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش تحقیق کتابخانه ای و اسنادی عمدتاً با مراجعه به متن فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری انجام؛ و در تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از روش تکاملی بهره گیری شده است. یافته های به دست آمده درسه نظم کلی جهت دست یابی به هنر دینی در حکمرانی اسلامی به این شرح بیان شده است: مبانی و اصول ، اهداف و نظام مدیریت راهبردی. برای چگونگی رسیدن به اهداف از مبانی بوسیله مدیریت راهبردی ، ابتدا ظرفیت شناسی و آسیب شناسی انجام شده، سپس پیشران های حرکت برای ایجاد تغییر مشخص گردیده و بالاخره به پشتوانه ظرفیت شناسی و آسیب شناسی در مرحله اول، و تشخیص پیشران ها در مرحله دوم، به اتخاذ راهبردهایی که جامعه هنری را به نتایج مورد انتظار منتهی می نماید، اشاره شده است.Strategies for expanding religious art in Islamic governance in the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader
In governance, the important issue is determining the role of governance in relation to Islamic progress in various issues, including the issue of art, which has a significant impact on society's culture. Therefore, the current research seeks to answer the formulated question, what are the strategies for the expansion of religious art in Islamic governance in the intellectual system of the leadership of the revolution? The research is applied in terms of the type and in collecting information using the library and document research method, mainly by referring to the text of the Supreme Leader's orders; And the evolutionary method has been used in data analysis. The findings of the general order course to achieve religious art in Islamic governance are described as follows: basics and principles, goals and strategic management system. In order to achieve the goals from the basics through strategic management, first capacity analysis and pathology were carried out, then the drivers of movement to create change were identified and finally based on capacity analysis and pathology in the first stage, and the detection of drivers in the second stage, to adopt strategies that the artistic community leads to the expected results, it is mentioned.
